Helsepause er en tjeneste som motiverer ansatte i stillesittende kontoryrker til å ta bedre vare på helsa i arbeidstiden. Flere og flere er opptatt av sunnhet og helse i hverdagen, men 33% av vår våkne tid tilbringer vi på jobb. Hvor flinke er vi egentlig til å ta enkle men gode grep for å ta vare på helsa vår? Vi sitter 62% av våkentiden og kun en av tre oppfyller minimums anbefalingene for fysisk aktivitet. Dette til tross for at det er godt dokumentert at det er så lite aktivitet som skal til for å få en bedre helse og at stillesitting bør reduseres, også på jobb. Vi bør sitte mindre, bevege oss mer og stresse mindre. Så enkelt. Likevel så vanskelig. For virkeligheten kommer i veien for de fleste av oss og årsakene er så mange.
