Identitrade

Identitrade seeks to improve the way online merchants and service providers enroll, verify and charge consumers by facilitating the exchange of authentication, personal and payment data. Identitrade seeks to be the leading global exchange for identity authentication, as well as providing third parties easy access to account and payment service providers for account information and payment initiation.  Identitrade is the leading marketplace for identity authentication and payment initiation. We are process driven and build our infrastructure in modules where everything we do is scalable and lean. We are living in an ever changing environment where we constantly iterate and test new product hypotheses to achieve stronger product market fit. We believe in giving team members two things: 1) a feeling of participating in achieving a greater goal and 2) a clear space in which members are empowered to contribute to that goal.We offer clear ownership in different areas, but we share our input and feedback openly. We take meetings outdoors and often work out together.At Identitrade, we question everything. We constantly ask ourselves, can more companies use our platform? How can the model be improved? How can we make our product valuable to more actors in the fintech ecosystem?

Universal Avenue

Universal Avenue is a global on demand sales platform. It connects growing and established brands with a talented community of Brand Ambassadors that help drive customer acquisition, where and when a business needs it. For brands, this provides flexibility to expand and scale in existing & new markets. For Brand Ambassadors, it offers freedom to define their own working patterns, have a flexible lifestyle and create lucrative revenue streams by introducing innovative, new products to the market. We like a flexible work environment - there’s a lot of buzz in our office, with a mix of quiet space for people who want to focus on their projects. We have regular events in the office with our Brand Ambassadors, development team, and with the internal team, so there are a lot of possibilities to get involved in our culture. We’re professional, yet we like to give people the freedom to work the way that suits them best, if that means they want to sit on the sofas with a coffee to work, that’s no problem. What we want most of all is to be productive and create great work. We often have company meetings offsite, like for example a weekend in the Archipelago, as company culture is key for us. As we have offices in other locations (Spain, Greece, UK, and soon the US) there’s also the opportunity, given the role you take, to travel to our other offices to experience the work culture there.

Gro Play

We are a game studio with a social mission. We want to entertain kids and families while also changing the way people think about important issues like health and sustainability. Games are simply great tools for learning. We are targeting the entire family, from grandmother to grandchild, which creates a common playground for all family members. Groplay is a game changer. We bridge the gap between age groups; we learn kids about important issues, and we entertain. We are interested in doing good. Social responsibility is not just a central part in our games, but in every aspect of how we work. For instance, we have recruited people with disabilities and we have worked with MISA. Doing so is obvious to us. We are aiming to merge high-level entertainment with human issues to get kids to relate to problems in a playful way. If we can make it fun and accessible, we can increase interest in social issues among children. Further, we want to create a common playground for both children and their parents and grandparents. We are a multinational team. Some of us work from home, some in Stockholm, some in Poland and some in Hungary: we assume this makes us a virtual team. Despite this, we speak every day, and we have Monday meetings to update each other and share input. We recognize effort, and we celebrate when we reach milestones.

Impactpool

Impactpool (previously UNjobfinder) was founded in 2015. Impactpool is a social enterprise with headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. Impactpool is a career platform devoted to providing the best possible support to people who want to pursue a career within mission-driven organizations. In a short timeframe, Impactpool has become the world’s fastest growing career website with a focus on talents and organizations who are striving for and contributing to a sustainable world. We are a team of informal yet result-driven, flexible individuals with a common mission: we want to deliver top-notch value to jobseekers and organizations. Most of us are based in Stockholm, but one of us is based in Umeå. We communicate daily as if we all shared an office. Although we offer flexible working hours, we prefer it when people are at the office since that gives us the opportunity to take decisions together and be up to date with what the other person is doing. At the office, we are very relaxed and informal, while we address clients with a more formal tone.  We want people that are excited about the journey and building the best service to the global audience; we want people who not only excel at what they’re good at but people that are engaged in the vision. Everyone is pretty much involved in every decision and how our future will look like. We do spend time outside of the office too, next week we are going to a strategy workshop/retreat in France, for instance.

After each job done, Homeowners get to rate the specific job done and write a review of the specific experience with the Helper they have booked through RenRen.dk RenRen.dk is like Airbnb for Cleaning.  We clean, prep and exchange keys on behalf of the Homeowners of short term rental properties.

Not Even Entertainment is a game studio that focuses on delivering unique games that is forged by passionate game developers. Because of personal interest, our games are characterised by deep and dynamic mechanics and systems that allows our players to explore and play the game on their terms. We strive to be ahead of our competitors by using the latest tool and technological methodologies which trends in the industry.  We released our first game titel, Midnight Delivery which is available on Android, iOS and Windows.
