For us it is extremely important that every team member is involved in decision making and even though we have different responsibilities, we work as a team no matter if your core expertise is marketing or statistics. Every month we organize hackathons and a meeting. When we reach milestones we always celebrate and we know the value of relaxing and reflecting every once in a while.
