We like a flexible work environment - there’s a lot of buzz in our office, with a mix of quiet space for people who want to focus on their projects. We have regular events in the office with our Brand Ambassadors, development team, and with the internal team, so there are a lot of possibilities to get involved in our culture. We’re professional, yet we like to give people the freedom to work the way that suits them best, if that means they want to sit on the sofas with a coffee to work, that’s no problem. What we want most of all is to be productive and create great work. We often have company meetings offsite, like for example a weekend in the Archipelago, as company culture is key for us. As we have offices in other locations (Spain, Greece, UK, and soon the US) there’s also the opportunity, given the role you take, to travel to our other offices to experience the work culture there.
