MELK er et skeivt kulturtidsskrift med det formål å belyse, synliggjøre og formidle skeiv kulturhistorie i Norge, med særskilt fokus på perspektiver som er marginalisert innenfor LHBTiQ-historie. Majoriteten av de som jobber med og for MELK i alle ledd er skeive: redaktører, designere, illustratører og tekstforfattere. i-Sea started out as a consultancy shop in 2009. Yes, we're that old. On paper at least. We're still a bit crazy, very curious and not afraid to follow our own path. After doing a few large and small tech consultancy jobs, we started thinking there should be more to life than chasing the next job. We've had a few large marine consultancy jobs, and during those – learned a lot about nautical charts, tracking of boats and all things related. So we decided to do the very obvious thing, build Google Maps for the sea. After one year in the market, we've got a solid tech foundation with an in-house map production pipeline. We are well funded. Have 100 000 users across more than 10 countries. We've also got B2B projects going in parallel and have started building an advertisement platform for companies targeting boaters.

ShapeShifters is a digital design studio. We are a group of passionate makers, engineers and designers working on creating user friendly, affordable, high quality desktop manufacturing machines that will take personal manufacturing to the next level. By using smart and modular design we can create new and unique tools that will enable people to create more with less.

Moonwalk designs startup challenges organised as programs. Alone or together with a strategic or financial partner. A program creates startups and runs for two semesters with paying participants. Then the program is incorporated. With participants as sweat equity part owners of the entire portfolio. An equity crowdfunding campaign decides how many startups are launched. Moonwalk is a 100 days startup hatcher and accelerator. No one should work here for any other reason than that they really want to. I had to figure out a way to fund and source the competence of people, but also fund their activity so that we can share in the outcome. No one had really given me any pointers on how to do that, so I had to find a new model of crowdfunding, crowdsourcing and shared ownership. Me and my colleague Victor developed that over the course of two years. He was a previous customer and the most talented person I know in the areas of value-chains and complexity. I asked him to join me and he said yes. We are in this together.
