Our company was founded in 2014 when our CEO experienced himself the frustration of selling, managing and booking a meeting room or an event space. How could it be such a complicated and time consuming process? MeetingPackage was born from this challenge, charged with the mission to help hoteliers selling their meeting rooms with the same ease as they can sell their bedrooms.
We are a team of 25 which consists of over 10 different nationalities and our official office language is English. The office is located near the Leppävaara Train Station in an old mansion where we have over 400m2 of space in two floors. We all share a goal of making the booking of meeting & event spaces as easy as booking hotel rooms. We want to be top notch in technology and also be the number one tool by 2020 that people use for searching, booking and managing their offsite meetings and events.
