InnoSocial is a purpose-driven technology company within the social and mental health industry. Our mission is to reduce the staggering amount of un-thriving children and young people in Denmark by making social counseling easily digitally available, why we work with the UN Sustainable Development Goal number 3: Good health and well-being. Mental ill-being is an increasing problem in our society. Children and young people are in need of competent counseling, however, to find the right counseling service, they have to navigate a jungle of different associations -and municipal counseling offers. We have launched the DiTi app, which gives children and young people a single-entry point to find the right counseling offer. We continuously develop this app and focus on implementing direct chat and video chat with counselors through DiTi. Our digital solutions create a solid data foundation on which we create social insights with machine learning and social impact measurement. This helps the area of social counseling to improve its work and prioritize their investments properly through data-driven decision making.

As the first cleaning platform in Europe we have negotiated a collective agreement with a trade union (3F). This ensures that people working on Hilfr are guaranteed a good minimum salary, pension, holiday pay, access to sickness benefit and a number of other benefits. All Super Hilfr's are employed by Hilfr Aps which means that tax is payed in accordance with Danish law. Hilfr is a very intuitive and easy-to-manage platform. It is free to sign-up but everyone has to upload a picture of a personal ID, which is key part in ensuring a credible and secure platform.
