Here we are global is an evolving community of global professionals, who move across boarders to work, learn and volunteer. We connect online and offline to design engaging development paths, advance dual career opportunities and co-create social impact. We provide a platform to explore the opportunities that come with international assignments, thus develop and employ professional skills while on the move. We offer mindful HR tools to create a professional development path and co-create new opportunities. Members join here we are global because they want to take charge of their own development path, develop new skills, stay professional while living abroad and utilise the opportunities that come with a local and global network. Organisations and international companies partner with here we are global because they want to advance the dual career opportunity by ensuring successful expatriation for their employees as well as their partners and/or because they too will benefit from the synergies created when global professionals find opportunities to work, learn and volunteer abroad. Jayflux

WHAT Our application helps physical experiences observe and analyze guests in real-time and at scale. To free up resources and provide actionable insights that helps customers grow their business. HOW Through scanning the presence of people's devices. Phones, tablets, laptops, wearables, etc. Jayflux' proprietary algorithm sorts and analyzes every device, crunches the data, and provides indicators and markers for where people move, interact, and gather. WHY We want to make people owners of their own data. Not big tech, app developers, advertising agencies, etc. Our solution observes people without tracking them, makes it easier for clients to generate valuable data without having request data on shady terms. We help them become more ethical whilst creating value for themselves. MISSION We want to become a leading software platform for IT and IoT-based crowd analytics. We started Jayflux as an alternative to big tech, who profit massively on knowing as much about everyone as possible. We won't sit back and wait for them to become big brother. VISION To enable anyone to make better sense of the physical world, while protecting privacy for all.

The Pattern Agency

The Pitch The Pattern Agency is developing a digital B2B marketplace to help the design industry (fashion/interiors/textiles/consumer goods) solve easy access to premium Scandinavian print design through a custom-built marketplace hosting a series of innovative digital services. The What The design industry is digitally immature and has worked according to the same system for many years. However the market is rapidly changing and consumers are becoming more aware which means the old system is becoming obsolete. New digital and readily available services are required and that’s where The Pattern Agency comes in. Buying print design has been analogue for years where many purchases are done at physical trade fairs. But as fairs only occur a few times a year and the customer demand is quickening, the need for readily available print design is increasing. The majority of design companies outsource print design but find it difficult and time-consuming to locate new design talent. Or they ask their over-seas supplier to deliver a print and loose control over copyright and infringement which could be devastating to the brand and the business. We are looking to replace an analogue system with a digital one and in the process changing how the industry operates by inventing services that they didn’t know they needed. The How By developing a user-friendly platform that caters to the mind, eye and business sense of the creative buyer, our aim is to build a full-service platform that incorporates every aspect of the needs of the design industry and thus becomes the only tool required for buying prints, design, inspiration and guidance online. A one-stop-shop and platform. The Why As both founders are design industry professionals, we’ve been frustrated by the lack of out-of-the-box thinking in the industry for years. Founding partner Oskar is a graphic designer and has been commissioned print work for fashion and interior companies historically. He found these processes extremely time-consuming and his commission hollowed at the end of a project and thought there must be a better way of doing this. Founding partner Ellen has been working with freelance designers and know of the frustration and will to get their work out on the market and the struggle to gain audience with companies in the industry. So the design industry is struggling to fin designers and designers are struggling to get in touch with the design industry. This is the problem that we want to solve and in the process disrupt an industry. The Scandinavian design expression is renowned and highly sought after internationally and our aim is to put Scandinavian print design back into the position it had in the 1950s. And to do so using modern technology and invention. We’ve built a rocket and all we need now is rocket fuel in terms of funding but also a business partner with experience of disrupting markets that can push us and the company to success.

Keybird Instruments IVS

Keybird Instruments is developing a lightweight acoustic piano to help piano enthusiasts play with their preferred sound (acoustic) with a practicality and price comparable to that of digital pianos. Nine out of ten piano enthusiasts prefer acoustic sound, yet most play digital because of price, size and weight. We want to combine the best of both worlds. We can offer an acoustic piano that weighs only 40 + 15 kg, only occupying half a square meter of valuable living space. It can be transported in normal cars. The first model has a slightly reduced amount of keys (just like many digital keyboards) having all the keys for pop and jazz but also most of classical music in the first five years of music schools. We are in the Beta phase and will open up for sales in Autumn 2020. We use one string per key which allows us to build a piano significantly lighter, even with long strings to maintain optimal sound quality. We thus have a strong focus on sound quality, rather than loudness. We can reach the low price due to automated production here in Europe and a design strategy that allows this. We started this because we needed it for ourselves and saw the need for others. We asked all the piano enthusiasts we could reach and get the interest in our product confirmed. The huge market of acoustic and digital piano (we combine the benefits) is what keeps us in pace to release a great product.

Workfellow.ai

Over 1 billion knowledge workers use a computer every day to perform business processes, e.g., in banks, insurance, and accounting companies. Unfortunately, those business processes and systems are not such a fluent experience that you’re used to with Google products, but we think it could be. We founded Workfellow.ai so that enterprises could become digitally fluid in the new era of remote work, automation, and AI. We help them optimize and automate their business processes and augment their people with the optimal tools to become their best versions. Our software solution is a combination of data mining, analytics, and an intuitive web application.

Feedbackbox

We develope digital subscription services together with the first subscriber. We help bridge communication gabs between students and teachers, citizens and administration, clients and companies. To many institutions still foces on written communication - we help them implement great video solutions that improve dialogue and understanding. When the solution is well implemented we bring it out to the next potential custimor.

Exploring the lines between form and function driven by experimental approaches, HELIOT EMIL™ pushes the semantic dialogue within the creative industry. A subversive scandinavian and monochromatic aesthetic, combined with custom developed materials, fabrics and trimmings, HELIOT EMIL™ entices a high attention to detail throughout every branch. Designer Julius Juul draws on thought provoking themes and a curiosity about creative expression reflected in every collection by HELIOT EMIL™. 2. FOUNDATION Since the first collection was showcased in Milan during spring / summer 17 season, HELIOT EMIL™ has continually expropriated its exploration of the creative milieu. The aesthetic is carefully developed with custom fabrics, hardware trimmings and materials. Each hardware detail is created from the bottom up with form and function in mind. Experimentation and a high attention to detail is ensured by partnering only with the best in their category and industry. A tight-bond with all partners allows for a coherent evolution of the brand aesthetic. With painstaking attention to detail each garment is conceived from a collective ideation for each season standing in relation to the brand as a whole. 3. FUTURE The subsequent phase for HELIOT EMIL™ will see a further cementation of the brand and an expansion of the semantic dialogue with the creative milieu. The core value of the brand will be explored without compromise, through both physical spaces enticing further ideas of form and function, and experiences expressing the innovative nature of the brand.
