Our software automates many of the tasks required of these leaders and simplifies their management as dictated by law (Norwegian: "Internkontrollforskriften").  Each new member of the team is better at something than the others. That is why they started working here. We find people who fit in and can contribute something new - in that order.

For the past three years, SHFT has been working on creating the worlds most intelligent virtual running coach.
