Forhandlerne underbyder hinanden til auktionen er slut, og du har opnået den bedste pris i netværket. Herefter sættes kunde og forhandler i forbindelse med hinanden, og kan genneføre handlen.

Although FLUS is a young company, its founders have a substantial track record of entrepreneurial and commercial experience.   Our CEO Mahsa Shams has a long and proven record of accomplishments in leadership and project management and has substantial experience as a project manager in one of the biggest IT companies in Scandinavia Get/TDC. With over 10 years of experience in various corporate environments, she has built strong skills in strategic planning, strategy, marketing, IT, leadership, project and budget management. Her educational background is in law and project management.   We are an ambitious and creative team of 5 founders and 2 active board members that are super passionate about making a difference in communities by providing a solution that we believe have a positive effect on people. We are also a team that focuses on building each other stronger and always encourage one another to think outside the box!   The team consists of experienced entrepreneurs, Senior Key accounts, entertainers and experienced business developers. As a part of the team, we also have two programmers in Android and IOS, with strong former experience in programming several successful applications.

We are three people who would like to make it easier for indebted people to get out of debt. We believe that if you want people to change their behavior you should make it easy. PANQs aim is to remove barriers and simplify a complicated process which lead to many indebted people not getting out of their situation.  With the help of a digital tool PANQ will generate positive consequences for debtors, creditors as well as society in large.*Winner of Stockholms innovation scholarship 2017*  Hi there!PANQ consists of three dedicated people who would like to revolutionize debt collection and the way indebted people get out of debt. All of us have day jobs and PANQ is at the moment a side gig. Two of us are business majors and the third is a programmer. We are now looking to expand the team with a frontend-developer.

There are too many lonely elderly people and it is too difficult to learn Danish as a foreigner.We solve these two problems by arranging for foreigners, learning Danish, to visit elderly Danes. The foreigner comes to the home of the Dane once a week, They learn Danish by having a normal conversation with the elderly.Municipalities pay us for bettering their activation of the elderly and their integration of foreigners. Currently I, Andreas, is the only one working at Elderlearn. I am however sitting in offices with other start-ups with whom I always have lunch with. I find lunch to be a crucial part of the day and always take at least half an hour free to eat and talk with the others in the office.I love playing board games, eating good food and meeting new people. If you join the team you will be a big part of shaping the office culture, and I will look very much forward to finding my first colleague.Since I am moving to another start-up office soon, the below images show some of the foreigners and elderly I have introduced to each other. They do still give a good impression of why, how, and what we do here at Elderlearn.

PQA (Power Quality Analysis) er en bedrift som tilbyr måling, analyse, problemløsning og rådgivning innen spenningskvalitet. PQA har som formål å være en ressurs for nettselskap og industri ved arbeid relatert til spenningskvalitet, f.eks. i arbeid med distribuert produksjon, smarte nett og mikronett, spenningsregulering, nettplanlegging med krevende laster, og mye mer. PQA ble etablert våren 2017 av Henrik Kirkeby, tidligere forsker hos SINTEF Energi. Vi jobber med spenningskvalitet for flere ulike partnere og innen mange ulike fagområder. Vi er derfor avhengig av å være faglig sterke på de fleste temaer innen elkraft, i tillegg til å være spenningskvalitets-spesialister. Det gjør jobben både krevende, men også lærerik og spennende!

Sperretkonto er et godt alternativ for leietaker og utleier som ønsker sikkerhet ved leie av bolig. Sperretkonto er en Garanti som utstedes til sikkerhet for huseier etter husleieloven § 3-6, der leietaker setter inn et tilsvarende beløp på en klientkonto, som håndteres av jurist. Leietaker har sikkerheten i at beløpet oppbevares trygt hos en uavhengig tredjepart, mens utleier får sikkerhet for leieforholdet, og samtidig kan være trygg på leietakers økonomi.Sperretkonto opprettes raskt på nettsiden vår, og huseier mottar automatisk garantibevis når beløpet er registrert innbetalt. Garantiutbetaling skjer til utleier på samme måte som for depositumskontoer, etter samtykke fra leietaker eller ved rettskraftig dom.
