Prospectspotter Rekruttering

Tenk så mange passive jobbsøkere man går glipp av, - kandidater som veldig gjerne vil bytte jobb, men som ikke aktivt søker ny jobb. 8 av 10 jobbsøkere er nemlig passive!       “Prospectspotter har definitivt markedet med seg.” — Finansavisen IT, 12. juni 2017.   Med vår finnerlønnsbaserte søkemetode  og stadig voksende nettverk av anonyme tipsere, finner vi kandidater som tidligere har vært veldig vanskelige å få kontakt med.    Prospectspotter - Oslo - Stockholm  For ikke så altfor lenge siden... ...oppdaget vi at veldig mange bedrifter tilbyr finnerlønner til sine ansatte for tips som leder til nye talenter. Hvorfor ikke benytte samme finnerlønner eksternt og få tips fra veldig mange flere? Slik ble Prospectspotter født.   I dag jobber vi med finnerlønnen som vårt unike verktøy for å få tak i dyktige talenter som kanskje bare tenker litt på å bytte jobb, - akkurat de kandidatene som er veldig vanskelige for vanlige rekrutteringsbyråer å finne med tradisjonelle metoder. Passive jobbsøkere uttrykker gjerne sine jobbtanker og karriereønsker til sine nære venner, familie eller kollegaer innenfor sitt private nettverk.   Vår påstand bekreftes av flere undersøkelser, blant annet hos LinkedIn og Finn.no, som viser at opptil 8 av 10 jobbsøkere er passive. Utfordringen for disse passive jobbsøkerne er ofte tanken på lange prosesser, mye tidkrevende jobbsøking på nett, samt at de heller ikke vet hvem de bør eller kan kontakte i rekrutteringsbransjen.

It depends on the day really. We pride ourselves on both ambition and flexibility.   The two co-founders are Yasmine  (a digital nomad, vegetarian and part-time hippie) and Erica (a City lawyer, world traveler and general do-gooder).  We have been great friends for over ten years but, as you may have guessed, we don't agree on much by way of politics or world views. Strangely, when the topic of life ambitions and opportunities came up during a road trip through the United Arab Emirates and Oman (it's a long story) we found ourselves in complete agreement on the topic of happiness. The consumption of things, buying stuff, does very little for wellbeing and, let's face it, no great story ever started with... "so I was shopping for top"... But experiences, that's a different story. Life's for living and the more living the better. People develop and grow when they learn new things, meet new people and get new experiences. Experiences, not things, make us happier.  But how do you get access to new experiences without making it yet another thing on your credit card? Well, you trade for it of course. And this is how Tibba got started.

Instantor is a company established in Sweden, which provides international financial behaviour analysis for financial institutions throughout Europe. By implementing Instantor’s unique service, financial institutions are able to offer better terms and loans in real-time, whilst still maximizing sales and minimizing credit loss. Unlike other agencies, we primarily value individuals’ current financial status.

Iværksættere bag energi- og teleselskabet Blue Energy har ikke kun klima-ambitioner. Med tech-virksomheden Studido.com har iværksætterne nemlig sat sig for også at gøre op med ulige forhold i undervisningsindustrien. Blue Energy vandt Ivækstprisen 2016 og ambitionerne med studido er ikke mindre end de var og er med Blue Energy. Vi er et ungt og ambitiøst team med gå-på-mod der aldrig har to dage med identiske arbejdsopgaver.

Tjejer Kodar

Tjejer Kodar anordnar resor, kurser och utbildningar inom programmering. Hittills har 150 personer gått våra kurser. Vi jobbar med några av Sveriges mest framstående techföretag och techprofiler för att kunna erbjuda undervisnings i världsklass. Vi är ledande inom kurser och utbildning i programmering för kvinnor i Sverige. Fokusområdet för 2017 kommer vara kurser inom webb, app och spelutveckling. Detta baserat på en undersökning med 500 kvinnor och vad de vill lära sig. Vi beräknar att engagera 1000 personer i våra aktiviteter under 2017.
