Sperretkonto er en Garanti som utstedes til sikkerhet for huseier etter husleieloven § 3-6, der leietaker setter inn et tilsvarende beløp på en klientkonto, som håndteres av jurist. Leietaker har sikkerheten i at beløpet oppbevares trygt hos en uavhengig tredjepart, mens utleier får sikkerhet for leieforholdet, og samtidig kan være trygg på leietakers økonomi.Sperretkonto opprettes raskt på nettsiden vår, og huseier mottar automatisk garantibevis når beløpet er registrert innbetalt. Garantiutbetaling skjer til utleier på samme måte som for depositumskontoer, etter samtykke fra leietaker eller ved rettskraftig dom.
