We saw a need for an efficient way of communicating vehicle to vehicle (V2V) to improve traffic safety in situations of changed traffic conditions. These situations includes everything from emerging emergency vehicles to road constructions where motorists needs to be alerted by the changed conditions. This need was first spotted in a situation of dense traffic when an ambulance was  approaching. The ambulance could not get through the traffic in an effective way and created a stressful situation for motorists due to that they spotted the ambulance late and didn’t have the time to give way for the ambulance in a safe way.
