Quini er en matprodusent som brenner for å gjøre plantebasert, innovativ og mer miljøvennlig mat tilgjengelig i Norge. Vi lanserte vår første (og hittil eneste) produktserie i august 2017. En serie ferdiggrøter i tre smaker som er til salgs i utvalgte Narvesen og 7-Eleven kiosker. Grøtene er unike fordi de er plantebaserte (uten melk), mer bærekraftige og bruker korn som aldri har blitt brukt i ferdigmat før: svarthavre og quinoa dyrket i Norge.

Vi arbejder med oplevelsesdesign inspireret af en blanding mellem traditionel udstillingspraksis og immersivt teater. Denne kombination er vores definition på et effektivt oplevelsesdesign og vores vision er at være førende indenfor dette felt. Xenodoxia er organiseret som et partnerskab mellem Rebekka Hellstrøm & Anne Sophie Andresen. Vi har begge to kommunikationsfaglig baggrund og har læst kommunikation og event management på Roskilde Universitet. Vi har en åben, kreativ, personlig og anti-elitær tilgang til vores arbejde og er altid nysgerrig på nye møder, partnerskaber og muligheder!
