We think today's rental market is unfair. Among other things, this has been caused by the increase we have seen in population density over the last 15 years. At the same time, there has been built too few student apartments to satisfy the actual demands. These two factors have led to increased rental prices and what we call a "landlord's market". We wish to contribute to a fairer rental market by bringing more information to the people who want to rent rooms or apartments. The idea is for tenants to begin validating the apartments that they have lived in, thereby creating a database of information over time.
