Sharefunders software is designed to make it easy and simple to use shares to develop a company. It provides a complete set of tools and compliance to organize the users own online public offering of shares. The solutions are inspired by IPO processes, with the option to run open rounds (Public Offerings) and closed rounds (Roadshows) to ensure that companies, professional investors and retail investors are matched through optimal financial processes. Sharefunders provide the perfect structure for preparing a market for corporate shares, and the solutions are developed together with lawyers, investors, companies and incubators.

Makeable

In we they are passionate about creating modern and intelligent app- and web solutions, which helps companies streamline their procedures, make their online presence visible or earn money. Makeable focuses on user involvement and understanding the costumers business and their clients. Makeable is a young team and is currently in great growth.

WannaSport

WannaSport wants to make it easier to get up and do sports. They launched in September 2014 and the website and app offer easy access to sports facilities all over Denmark. The system is formed so it can integrate almost every activity system in the world. Right now WannaSport is working on completing a new version which also includes social features.

OwnersRoom

Due to illiquid shares and lack of information transparency, private companies often lose the battle for capital. Instead, we envision a future where investing in private companies is as common as investing in public companies. OwnersRoom will unlock capital in the private market, making funds more accessible for businesses, and private companies more attractive for investors. OwnersRoom is a fintech startup based in Oslo. The company was founded in 2017 by the serial entrepreneurs behind the successful Norwegian IT companies Admincontrol, Questback and Trolltech. Our mission is to unlock the capital market for private companies, helping facilitate the value creation of the future by making capital more accessible through increased information transparency and share liquidity. OwnersRoom is currently a team of seven, and we are looking to add new exceptional talent. We are not a large organization with a 200 page employee handbook and 7 levels of reporting, but a fast, lean, and ambitious startup built by people who love what they do.

RoomMate AS

RoomMate AS (tidligere Xcenter AS) er en innovativ, norsk bedrift innen velferdsteknologi. Vi har jobbet med behovsanalyse og teknologiutvikling for løsningen RoomMate siden 2011, og mottakelsen i markedet har vært meget god. Vi er i sterk vekst, har solid økonomi og holder til i fine lokaler i Sandvika i Bærum. Vi har store vekstambisjoner, og internasjonal satsning er nært forestående.

Farmpit

Farmpit er en samarbeidsplatform for andelsbønder og dems medlemmer. Farmpit gjør det enklere for andelsbønder og koordinatorer å administrere andelsbruket sitt og ha enklere samhandling med sine medlemmer.Vi bygger et selskap av mennesker, for mennesker. Vi satser på lansering i begynnelsen av 2018 og ser etter finansiering og samarbeidspartnere for å få utvidet teamet for videre vekst og ekspandering ut i den store verden.Vi er her for å skape et bærekraftig og mangfoldig matsystem.    The Farmpit team consist of CEO Irenge Kazonza and CTO Håkon Holhjem.Irenge has a big interest in fresh produce and homemade food and has a background in IT strategy and customer service.Håkon has a great talent for web development and media production and has worked with a variety of projects for both well-known and not fully-known companies and individuals.

Wrknest startades för att utmana det gamla tankesättet att enbart titta på kandidatens CV för att istället se vad kandidaten har för potential framåt. Fysionett - Din fysioterapeut på nett

Vi skal gjøre fysioterapi mer tilgjengelig ved å samle online booking for fysioterapitjenester i én landsdekkende plattform. Hovedfokus skal være å tilrettelegge for booking av videokonsultasjon, chat og hjemmebesøk, men også ordinær timebooking. On-demand tjenester kan også være aktuelt. Eksisterende bookingtjenester, og journalsystemene som tilbyr dem, er i dag preget av utdatert UI/UX og tilbudet for sluttbrukere er fragmentert og lite brukervennlig fordi mange terapeuter finner det for kostbart å implementere. Fysionett skal gjøre bookingprosessen enklere, raskere og rimeligere for både klienter og terapeuter. Sluttbrukere vil få et langt bedre tilbud, mens fysioterapeutene på sin side vil nå ut til et landsdekkende marked. Fysionett vil også gjøre det mulig for nyetablerte eller terapeuter som nettopp har fullført utdanning å selge sin kompetanse uten å være tilknyttet en klinikk eller arbeidsgiver. Fysionett skal bli Norges første og største plattform for online fysioterapi hvor fysioterapeuter fra hele landet kan registrere seg, opprette en profil og tilby sine tjenester til kunder over hele landet. Forretningsmodellen bygger på tjenesteformidling i et tosidig marked, ikke veldig ulikt plattformer som Uber, Lyft eller AirBnb og retter seg hovedsakelig mot det private markedet. Den pågående COVID-19 pandemien har fungert som en katalysator for denne ideen. Siden plattformen tilrettelegger for at terapeuter skal nå ut til sine kunder i form av videokonsultasjon og chat. På denne måten får de muligheten til å opprettholde sin virksomhet mens pandemien pågår.

Coh&Co is a bicycle company with a mission to bring new riding experiences, quality and a sustainable mindset to urban cycling. Innovative design & material tech combine with a unique inter-relational sales platform as a foundation for circular economy & long-lived products to rejuvenate the urban cycling market. Highlights - We have a full range of well developed products and production tooling. - We have begun selling thru our distribution network and direct online. - Award winning products and several nominations internationally. - Inhouse design, engineering, programming, CNC & online marketing established - Our supply chain is gradually becoming more established and negotiable. The Business Coh&Co’s bicycles are made of a new groundbreaking material technology that makes it possible to recycle carbon fibre and thus offer our customers a lifetime warranty that transitions into a buy-back program when the product is 10 years old. This opens up possibilities for a circular product life cycle and encourages ambassador shops and customers alike to work with us to maintain these bicycles and keep them operating at their best. Sales divided between direct internet sales and brick mortar ambassador shops ensure that our products can be serviced locally. Our digital sales platform helps ambassador shops engage consumers through out the product lifecycle while providing them with virtual stock to complement their showroom stock. The Market European focus on cutting CO2 emissions and healthcare costs has brought on strong public investment in commuter cycling programs & cycling infrastructure. This is driving growth in urban commuter, cargo bicycle & Pedelec markets. European cycling industry statistics estimate sales at 16B€ with a CAGR of 4-6%. Independent retailers maintain 40-55% of market share. Average unit costs are increasing. People & society are investing in a cycling lifestyle. Coh&Co assists small retailers in servicing local markets with commuter bicycles & cargo bicycles. We have screened 200 retailers across Northern Europe and are actively expanding our ambassador shop network. The expansion will drive sales of 600 units in 2020 and 1000 in 2021. Progress/Proof With 4 years of technology and materials development and a series of new designs, Coh&Co is pioneering the implementation of carbon fibre composites in the urban cycling market. The development has included techniques for recycling of these materials. To date, we have a series of 5 models that sport this new technology. Objectives/Future We have had a strong start developing products & business models for a growing market. Now we need to focus on expanding distribution and sales while optimising our production pipeline. Coh&Co will spend 2020 expanding to encompass 40 points of sale in Northern Europe, whilst continuing the development of our sales and marketing products to better arm retailers with appropriate tools to address a dynamic market.

JOHOC

JOHOC work as an expansion accelerator where we bring startups and corporate together so that they will meet and do lucrative deals. Since business is local we work through our network of local business people that will introduce and set the optimal business conditions for both parts. JOHOC also match startups and investors in ordet to create the right business team to meet the companies and investors targets and expansion plans.

Neki Sverige AB

Neki Sverige AB is a start-up selling GPS devices and developing GPS services for the elderly suffering from dementia. Our ambition is to bring peace of mind to families all over Scandinavia. We currently have 3000 clients all over Europe. Social entrepreneurship is the driving factor for us. Meaning that the more impact we make in society the more successful Neki will be.

Rope Robotics

Rope Robotics is the developer and producer of an automatic BR-8 robot to be used as a unique repair solution for leading edges on turbine blades. Wind turbine blades need to be repaired to maintain their high performance. With manual labor turbine blades can only be repaired 20% of the time during a year due to the fact that it requires technicians to climb up with support from ropes. Using our robot to do the repair and maintenance work in the heights, we are going to expand this repair window and to improve the working environment for the technicians. We have several robot pilots in the pipeline in various places around the world and have received major funding from the EU and Danish Government.

Columno ApS

Columno is a deep tech startup building the next-generation database technologies. We are building novel state-of-the-art database technology that reduces the learning-curve for developers while drastically improving performance and cost. We are currently building a public beta and are looking for extra development resources to accelerate the launch date.
