Jeg sitter også i styret til ICF Norge, bransjeorganisasjonen for profesjonelle coacher i Norge.Jeg ble alenemor som 20-åring og har en bachelor i informasjon og samfunnskontakt fra Høgskolen i Hedmark samt en mastergrad i medievitenskap fra Universitetet i Oslo. Jeg har jobbet som journalist i Drammens Tidende og Nationen, som kommunikasjonsrådgiver i Posten Norge og Oslo kommune og som informasjonssjef i SpareBank 1. Jeg har vunnet pris som prosjektleder. Jeg er opptatt av nærvær, noe som førte til et portrettintervju i A-magasinet.I Hugsmia er jeg opptatt av å ta pauser ute i naturen i løpet av arbeidsdagen. Jeg jobber også mye på papir og setter mobilen i flymodus i perioder for synke inn i det jeg holder på med. Jeg er foreløpig bare en person i Hugsmia, men jeg har et nettverk av dyktige frilansere rundt meg innen sosiale medier, video, innhold og grafisk design. Jeg er med i flere nettverk for gründere, slik at jeg har "kolleger" å diskutere med og utveksle erfaringer med.

NIHAX Sensible  is focusing on innovating and developing a smarter and more cost-efficient solution for collecting data from sensor measurements. We would like to give technicians, teachers, researchers and engineers a more flexible and easy-to-use solution for their work by integrating smartphones in the process of collecting data. At present the competition on the market regarding sensor measurements gives the customer the opportunity to use expensive, rugged, bulky, heavy  terminals NIHAX develops a hardware and software solution that will be connected to commercial sensors, new or existing, that enables sensors to be used with smartphones rather than conventional sensor readers. Current prototypes are measuring pH, Temperature, Redox, methane & CO2.We want to give technicians, teachers, researchers and engineers a more flexible and easy-to-use solution for their work by integrating smartphones in the process of collecting data. At present the competition on the market regarding sensor measurements gives the customer the opportunity to use expensive, rugged, bulky, heavy and unintuitive terminals which makes the job quite difficult , especially for technicians that are doing field measurements. Our solution will optimize the process of collecting sensor measurement which will improve productivity by giving the user better access to clear and accurate data with less required time. Our education and experience in the field, as well as preliminary market research, led to the conclusion that there is a need for a smarter and light solution for sensor measuring. Ocean Industry Forum Oslofjord is the Oslo chapter of "Maritimt Forum". It's a not-for profit association with an aim to encourage innovation in the ocean industries and to support ocean start-ups and help them become scale-ups. Most of the maritime, offshore and other ocean industries are in big need of innovation, and we have a small, but significant enough role to play in that respect.
