We try to have a meeting in the afternoons when we manage to synchronize the time zone differences, and we usually organize two meetings a year in either NYC or Stockholm.We are all very self-driven individuals and most of us come from an academic background which inevitably shapes our culture. We are very informal and flexible in how we work, and we are all very self-reliant.
