Vi jobber med drømmene og målene til den enkelte deltaker. Det er dette som setter kursen for hvor mennesker vil med livene. Det første steget i kurset er å formulere en drøm. Alt som skjer etter dette vil være tilpasset hver enkelt. Vi har ingen ferdig definert prosess som alle må trykkes gjennom, men bruker vår unike kombinasjon av erfaringskompetanse og fagkunnskap til å gi akkurat den støtten deltakerne trenger der de befinner seg akkurat nå. Vi forholder oss ikke til diagnoser eller fortid, men til hele mennesket.

Comlight is a Norwegian company specializing in energy saving streetlight solutions and is a commercial technology provider on the international market. For Comlight, the question is how to solve the problem of pointless energy waste in fully illuminated roads at times when there is no traffic. The answer is the Motion Sensing Street Light Control System, an energy saving technology that illuminates only when and where it is actually needed, without compromising the safety. The system features a radar detector on each light pole that senses all activity that requires optimal lighting on the road or in the area. When movement is detected by the closest street light, the light turns on to a full 100 per cent, allowing full sight and turns down to 20 per cent for energy saving when no one is around. The system has been tested by the Norwegian Public Road Authority and is represented in thousands of light points across Europe. Comlight is constantly expanding through its distribution partners. The system suits roads/streets, parks, large industrial areas and residential areas.
