At GuideCatch, we dream of a world where human beings, across cultures and origins, pro-actively contribute to the education and passions of one another by sharing and monetizing their knowledge, instantly. To realise this dream, we have developed an app which is currently available worldwide. We have launched the concept and are marketing it proactively in 8 countries across Europe and Africa.  My name is Fatiha Thiam, I am 30 years old and I am the founder & CEO of GuideCatch. I have a proven track record in the corporate environment where I led a successful career during 10 years before starting my own tech Startup. I've worked for A.P. Møller-Maersk in Denmark, PA Consulting in London and latest as Senior Manager and Head of the Procurement Advisory practice of KPMG Denmark.  I was born and raised in Africa, and have since lived in Paris, London and Copenhagen and speak fluently English, Danish and French.My focus as a leader has always been to manage big projects, coach large teams and I am incredibly ambitious. It is tremendously important for me to be passionate about what I do and to have fun while working. I therefore try to hire ambitious and passionate individuals who are great team players, who create a great atmosphere, deliver fantastic work and have a great sense of humor!

iMAL er en digital lese- og skrivebok som bygger på kunnskap om hvordan hjernen lærer. Noen barn strever med å huske bokstavene til både lesing og skriving, men gjennom nettbaserte kurs og online veiledning kan lærere og foreldre lære hvordan de kan hjelpe barn med å lære bokstavene enklere. iMAL har høstet mye positiv omtale, og våren 2017 kom resultatet fra en studie fra NTNU som viste at alle barn lærer bedre med iMAL.

Cura Salas er en privat virksomhet som arbeider forebyggende og endringsfokusert med barn, ungdom og voksne med ulike utfordringer. Vi skreddersyr tiltakene etter brukernes behov, og tilrettelegger hvert tiltak i samråd med oppdragsgiver. Vi tilbyr våre tjenester til barneverntjenesten, helse- og sosialsektoren, og fungerer i praksis som et supplement til offentlige tjenester.   Det kan handle om avgrensede, korte oppdrag eller langvarige, tyngre hjelpetiltak for familier eller enkeltpersoner. Vi som jobber i Cura Salas har bred erfaring fra arbeid med barn, ungdom og familier. Vi møter mennesker der de er i livet, og søker løsninger ut fra deres unike bakgrunn og livssituasjon. Tiltakene vi utarbeider vil dermed ikke være knyttet til én teori, vi bruker bredden i vår kompetanse i arbeidet for positive resultater.

Bedriften har utviklet egne produkter P-element og P-vindu for bolig og næringsbygg, og er i hovedsak underleverandør til entreprenører og utbyggere.
