Talking Ninja

We help people learn a language in 90 days. Our voice-based, AI-powered mobile app teaches people Danish by chatting with "Julia". Julia is a speech-based conversational bot that will speak with you, using only the words you already know or any new words you're currently learn. We're currently part of Accelerace (#1 accelerator in Europe). Last summer we participated in a program in Silicon Valley and plan to go back. Recently, we've just raised funding from InnoBooster.  We are three friends from school that enjoy working on interesting problems. We spend most of our time working because it doesn't feel like work. If we're not working on Talking Ninja, we're probably building some other side projects for fun and playing around with new tech. Prospectspotter Rekruttering

Tenk så mange passive jobbsøkere man går glipp av, - kandidater som veldig gjerne vil bytte jobb, men som ikke aktivt søker ny jobb. 8 av 10 jobbsøkere er nemlig passive!       “Prospectspotter har definitivt markedet med seg.” — Finansavisen IT, 12. juni 2017.   Med vår finnerlønnsbaserte søkemetode  og stadig voksende nettverk av anonyme tipsere, finner vi kandidater som tidligere har vært veldig vanskelige å få kontakt med.    Prospectspotter - Oslo - Stockholm  For ikke så altfor lenge siden... ...oppdaget vi at veldig mange bedrifter tilbyr finnerlønner til sine ansatte for tips som leder til nye talenter. Hvorfor ikke benytte samme finnerlønner eksternt og få tips fra veldig mange flere? Slik ble Prospectspotter født.   I dag jobber vi med finnerlønnen som vårt unike verktøy for å få tak i dyktige talenter som kanskje bare tenker litt på å bytte jobb, - akkurat de kandidatene som er veldig vanskelige for vanlige rekrutteringsbyråer å finne med tradisjonelle metoder. Passive jobbsøkere uttrykker gjerne sine jobbtanker og karriereønsker til sine nære venner, familie eller kollegaer innenfor sitt private nettverk.   Vår påstand bekreftes av flere undersøkelser, blant annet hos LinkedIn og Finn.no, som viser at opptil 8 av 10 jobbsøkere er passive. Utfordringen for disse passive jobbsøkerne er ofte tanken på lange prosesser, mye tidkrevende jobbsøking på nett, samt at de heller ikke vet hvem de bør eller kan kontakte i rekrutteringsbransjen.
