At Epidemic Sound we are reinventing the music industry. Our carefully curated catalog, with over 30,000 tracks, is tailored for storytellers, streaming services, and in-store soundtracks. Countless clients around the world rely on our tracks to help them tell their stories. Our music is heard in hundreds of millions of online videos daily, across millions of playlist streams, and in thousands of in-store locations. We’re growing fast, have lots of fun, and are taking the music industry with us.

Suomalainen Qridi Oy on tehnyt Qridi-järjestelmän, joka on rakennettu oppimisen aikaiseen arvioinnin dokumentointiin ja oppimisen ohjaamiseen. Näin saadaan tehokkaampia oppimistuloksia mukavalla tavalla sekä samalla opettajille, valmentajille ja esimiehille työkalu fokusoida ja kehittää omaa toimintaa. Arviointi on suurin yksittäinen vaikuttava tekijä oppimisessa ja opiskelussa itse oppimistilanteessa. Koulumaailman lisäksi Qridiä käytetään myös urheilu- ja yritysmaailmassa, joihin on tehty omat versiot.

The world is facing some of the greatest challenges of modern life: a rapidly changing climate, urbanization and a growing scarcity of natural resources. We believe that the digital transformation of infrastructure owners and operators will be a game changer. Our objective is to provide the best tool to make our clients even more resilient at a faster and more realistic rate. Today, utilities and infrastructure owners and operators are experiencing increasingly critical issues, regardless of whether you are dealing with extreme rainfall, flooding, water pollution or water loss caused by poor infrastructure. Moreover, general infrastructure budgets are highly regulated and limited despite the massive refurbishment requirements in utility networks for resilient systems. Through our platform, we create the opportunity to understand new contexts and optimize future-proof decisions on a more informed basis. Our company is based in Aarhus just 1 min walk from the Central Station. We are currently 7 employees, but expect to grow steadily over the next years as we enter more international markets. The idea of the data|APX solution was formed in early 2017 and the company APX10 was establish January 1st 2019. We are fully owned by Cimbria Capital – a private equity investment firm based in Denmark, Houston and Milwaukee conducting growth capital and early stage buyout investments in the agriculture and water sectors in the Nordics and North America.

VOID Copenhagen

VOID Copenhagen is an administrative hub in the cultural sector. We create two film festivals and publish a printed magazine. VOID International Animation Film Festival screens the best, brightest, weirdest animated films for adult audiences during ten days in Copenhagen in Jan/Feb. Copenhagen Short Film Festival screens carefully curated short film programs for five days in the Autumn. We work from an incubation-type office space right across from Planetariet in Copenhagen, with other festivals and cultural events. We are a diverse, international team, with room for ideas and focus on the results - and when it's not the holidays or corona season, we lunch together at 12 every Thursday.

Today we register the US withdrawing from the Paris agreement, CO2 levels at an all time high and increased polarization in our society. We, the youth, are fighting every day to rally the wider population. We are running short of time and change needs to happen now. Our leadership tool shall empower us to gather people around sustainability. Anyone can be a mini Greta with our (r)evolutionary technology.

Succeed with your business processes - and get more time for other things   Gluu lets you and your colleagues digitalise your processes, work instructions, tasks, case flows and forms.   One, integrated platform that removes the friction of working together with business processes, work instructions and recurring tasks. The road to process success is littered with failures. Managers start out already knowing the importance of keeping process flows simple and easy to understand. They also know that effective work instructions are short and visual. Most are fully aware that processes must be connected with each other and with their organisations’ goals. Some have even realised that for each process to reflect how work is actually done then it must be managed by people that are close to it. Yet still they fail. So did we. Before Gluu we worked in organisations ranging from 50 to 120,000 employees. We succeeded in mapping flows, setting up systems and organisational roles but we didn’t succeed in getting our colleagues to fully embrace their new ways of working. We delivered the projects and checked off the boxes. However, we failed to see the long term change in behaviors that would result in the simplicity, the transparency, the quality and the savings that we were looking for in the first place. The task of keeping so many processes alive and relevant as our organisations and markets developed was simply too much. Gluu is built on the insight that in order to succeed with common ways of working we need to make it easier for our colleagues to work in the standard way. To achieve this we’ve created a single, integrated platform that removes the friction from mapping flows, creating instructions, distributing recurring tasks and keeping all these moving parts updated, connected and communicated to the right people. Now, seven years later the Gluu platform is enabling dozens of companies from Greenland to New Zealand to succeed with their business processes. We wake up everyday to think about how to remove more friction and make the road to process success easier to travel…

Molnix Oy

Molnix is a fast-growing startup that aims to improve the humanitarian work globally with our Rapid Personnel Manager (RPM). RPM is a cloud based HR Master software that enables fast deployments, cost efficient operations and higher impact of humanitarian workers. In the future, we will also offer RPM to other sectors. The origins of Molnix and Rapid Personnel ManagerBy Johan Ehnberg, Founder and CEO of MolnixWhile working in the humanitarian field for five years, I witnessed a critical need for a software that supports rapid deployments. We needed a solution to manage and mobilize staff to be deployed into disaster areas, in situations where time is of essence. However, there were no tools available to us.I set out to see how others were solving the issue, to see if there are any viable solutions in the market. But what I found was a lot of excel files which were not very efficient. There were also some the heavy weight solutions built upon the larger ERPs or CRMs. Some were in the same situation as the organization I was with at the time, using in-house software that was hard to maintain. I even found one organization that was using an educational system, on top of which they had built a solution to manage their roster. Up until now, the situation has not changed. The closest match to direct competition are ERPs’ HR modules with heavy customization from ready (COTS) products, or purely custom application development and management (CADM).Molnix was born to fill this gap, spearheaded by the product Rapid Personnel Manager. It is a cloud-based HR app that is now in production in the humanitarian field – the Finnish Red Cross being our public reference customer. The goal now is to bring Rapid Personnel Manager to as many customers as possible. We will start by targeting humanitarian agencies. The app’s logic applies well to many other sectors to follow; manpower agencies, security services, freelance guilds and more can benefit from our service.With this app, our customers’ HR activities become considerably faster and more cost efficient. Especially in the field of disaster management, speed translates to higher impact (such as lives saved or aid delivered). Cost savings in turn stem from automation of many HR tasks such as alerting, reporting, data quality monitoring and use of public API:s. Cost savings are also a function of offloading work from the registry owner through enabling end users to perform many of the tasks themselves.Molnix as a businessBeyond the Rapid Personnel Manager, Molnix Oy is a startup based in Espoo, Finland.
