Tada Medical is a medical device company creating innovative need-based solutions for the healthcare sector.The team consist of Katarina Hedbeck (CEO), Rebecca Bejhed (CTO) and Christopher Blacker (Medical Advisor).Our multidisciplinary team is currently working on solving the problem of patient injuries caused by dislodged infusion tubes. Our fail-safe connector solves the problem and will reduce hospital costs. We aim at making tube protection equally common as needle stick protection. The company was founded in 2016 by a multidisciplinary team with backgrounds and work experience from technology, medicine, management and design. We have a flat organisational structure with rapid decision paths which is beneficial to the daily operations. Our activities are focused at solving need-based problems in the healthcare sector.The team first met when participating in the project Clinical Innovation Fellowships at the paediatric oncology centre at Uppsala University hospital. Using our complementary strengths and education in need-based innovations we can create solutions and products tailormade for the healthcare sector. Synbiotic Kitchen is a startup that aims to bring science and society closer together to develop healthier and more sustainable consumption that fits within planetary boundaries. Through food education and technology, we are increasing the awareness about the relevance of the microbiome in health maintenance, as well enabling people to make more conscious food choices following the synbiotic nutrition principles.

HackYourFuture is a non-profit that aims to train refugees, asylum seekers and other marginalised groups in Denmark to become web-developers and empower them by opening the doors to a very in-demand job market. In our 32-week program volunteer IT-professionals train students with and without a coding background in modern JavaScript software development and guide them towards work via our network. We are funded by Den A.P. Møllerske Støttefond until mid 2021.  We are currently 3 people working on this project more or less full-time, but the heart of our organisation are our amazing volunteer mentors, teachers and students. In the past 2 years we can happily look back and say we only worked with great people and organisations which has created a super warm and unique community around our program and we plan to keep it this way! We take our work very seriously, but otherwise we are a pretty friendly bunch, so don't be shy about reaching out!
