Slik ble Prospectspotter født.   I dag jobber vi med finnerlønnen som vårt unike verktøy for å få tak i dyktige talenter som kanskje bare tenker litt på å bytte jobb, - akkurat de kandidatene som er veldig vanskelige for vanlige rekrutteringsbyråer å finne med tradisjonelle metoder. Passive jobbsøkere uttrykker gjerne sine jobbtanker og karriereønsker til sine nære venner, familie eller kollegaer innenfor sitt private nettverk.   Vår påstand bekreftes av flere undersøkelser, blant annet hos LinkedIn og Finn.no, som viser at opptil 8 av 10 jobbsøkere er passive. Utfordringen for disse passive jobbsøkerne er ofte tanken på lange prosesser, mye tidkrevende jobbsøking på nett, samt at de heller ikke vet hvem de bør eller kan kontakte i rekrutteringsbransjen.
