There are too many lonely elderly people and it is too difficult to learn Danish as a foreigner.We solve these two problems by arranging for foreigners, learning Danish, to visit elderly Danes. The foreigner comes to the home of the Dane once a week, They learn Danish by having a normal conversation with the elderly.Municipalities pay us for bettering their activation of the elderly and their integration of foreigners. Currently I, Andreas, is the only one working at Elderlearn. I am however sitting in offices with other start-ups with whom I always have lunch with. I find lunch to be a crucial part of the day and always take at least half an hour free to eat and talk with the others in the office.I love playing board games, eating good food and meeting new people. If you join the team you will be a big part of shaping the office culture, and I will look very much forward to finding my first colleague.Since I am moving to another start-up office soon, the below images show some of the foreigners and elderly I have introduced to each other. They do still give a good impression of why, how, and what we do here at Elderlearn.

Our clients have to perform this type of control according to law. Instead of sending documents via email, they can create and share a company profile in our platform.  They can monitor risks related to outsourcing partners and re-sellers of financial instruments. They can also create reports in our platform and get proof of compliance.Our platform is now used by fund companies and distributors of funds. We are passionate about the growth of our business and want everbody in our team to be equally excited about this. We are a spin-off from Aalto University developing neural networks which reads the news as humans and collects economic data and events. We want to give all investors the same advanced quant tools that are currently used only by the large institutions. Why not, since technology is very scalable. Kontoor is reading the business news in real time and collects all economic information, locations, people, products and so forth. There are million of business news each year about tens of thousands of companies, but people hear only about the several few flagship companies. This is not enough for being truly informed decisions. Once we can see what all these thousands of companies are doing or expect of their sales, orders, production etc we are able to understand economy and make better decisions faster. Our target user is a semi-pro investor whom we we want to reach through brokers. The user is a busy professional or entrepreneur with a busy life style. He’s between 20 and 50 years of age, and he thinks that asset managers are too expensive. Besides he likes stock picking as an intellectual challenge. He usually holds 20-30 stocks in an internationally diversified portfolio and makes hundreds of trades per year. Currently he uses mostly Yahoo Finance, but it does not solve his problem. His biggest problem is lack of time and no tools. Moreover, professional terminal with business news is much too expensive. Kontoor will provide him news analytics and explain what has impacted the prices making analysis much easier at very low cost. We are able to breakeven with 1900 users at 10€ per month (a subscription) of which 50% goes to a broker.

In SpeedCore we are challenging the way of creating digital products and we want to provide everyone the opportunity to bring their ideas to life! We do this by creating a website management platform for web agencies that is as easy to get started with as Wix, while as being technically expandable as Wordpress. So the end-user, will avoid having to switch over from Wix when they have "outgrown them"; they can both get started and grow the site with SpeedCore.
