Quicab

Our cities are growing and becoming more dense, making an efficient use of space increasingly important. We need to reduce the energy used in and emissions coming from transports. And who doesn't want to get from A to B faster than before with a big smile on their face? We are introducting a unique and futuristic cyclecab service that will reduce the need for taxi cars in dense urban areas, offer faster and more fun trips, save energy and emissions and offer attractive and healthy employment opportunities for people set on getting into the workforce.

newGenia

We are building a secure, faster and cheaper AI based cancer diagnostic product. Our product comprises of end-to-end high performance, AI based genomic analysis pipeline. Genomic data analysis ( dry lab) is slow, expensive and requires a lot of human intervention which increases its cost. Our goal is to build a secure, modular, AI based pipeline that will reducing the time of analysis from hours to minutes, hence reducing the monetary and time based cost.

We have developed a unique idea to help restore our oceans and grow our valuable ocean industries sustainably. Momio

Momio ApS is an international interactive media company located in Copenhagen, Denmark. The company specializes in developing and operating social online products for children. Our goal is to give kids a great first social media experience by surrounding them with good friends in a playful and safe environment. A third of the world’s internet users are children and adolescents under 18 years of age, but the majority of services they use are not made for them. We apply a Nordic approach to digital responsibility and AI by focusing on data minimization and privacy by design and default. We focus on creating free, playful and safe environments that educate kids in online behaviour.

Vaquita Technologies

Vaquita Technologies aims to revolutionize the current market of water quality measuring devices by introducing a modular device that can be adapted to different client needs (ex. setting different parameters, such as ‘pH’ or ‘turbidity’) worldwide. Since our device is constructed from durable and biodegradable materials, it can be applied everywhere - in lakes, rivers, or seaside - and does not pollute the environment. Our sensors are equipped with the newest optical sensor technology and are powered by renewable energy while remaining visual pollution-free, blending into the environment they are placed in.

Abbas

Multidisciplinary studio based in Stockholm. Abbas Live is the first mobile application where music fans can collaborate with global artists and share royalty rights for songs and recordings from artists they love. We exist to democratize the gated music industry by providing fans, aspiring producers and songwriters access to real-time collaborative opportunities on a global basis through video live streaming. In exchange, fans are given the right to receive royalties earned by their songs and recordings. Abbas collects these royalties on behalf of fans from rights organizations, publishers and record companies and we track such royalties through proprietary blockchain technology.

So many steps and middlemen and a price where half of it went to paying all the links in between the factory and customer. Innoscentia

Today we use systems to indicate freshness of products based on guesswork and estimation causing great losses throughout the value chain both in economic and environmental terms. About 10% of the total food waste can be traced to confusion and faulty use of best-before-dates which is the area we want to enhance. We develop sensor based analogue and digital indicators of real time food status to prolong shelf and consumption time, thereby reducing waste costs and food waste.
