We have different experiences both regarding amount of time but also abilities, which creates a complemented team. We are an informal group, and we tend to solve problems as we go, but we are here to grow. Next year, we see the company grow with 100%, expanding the team from 15 to 30 people. Since we are a pretty small team, everyone is involved in everything, and every opinion is valued. All of us are very self-reliant and use each others strengths. At Lingio, we also focus on social entrepreneurship where our main project is to help refugees learn faster when they come to Europe. Lingio is the language app with the most languages - it offers Arabic, Persian, European languages and Dari. Lingio also offers a chat bot that you can use on Kik, Facebook, Skype, and that will increase learning in a more playful way. This is a big target, and it means a lot of challenges but also opportunities.  We are, technically a virtual team as a few of us are based in Norway and a few of us are based in Sweden, but we work as if we would share the same office. We communicate daily and work towards our goals together. For us it is extremely important that every team member is involved in decision making and even though we have different responsibilities, we work as a team no matter if your core expertise is marketing or statistics. Every month we organize hackathons and a meeting. When we reach milestones we always celebrate and we know the value of relaxing and reflecting every once in a while.

Snaplio is a marketplace that simplifies the way people can find, compare and book local photography services when they are abroad. Photographers can easily showcase their portfolios to those travellers and sell their services as pre-defined packages through using a simple booking and payment systems. Our initial focus was on people that travel to Southeast Asia for their destination wedding, honeymoons, or family/couple holidays.
