A couple of us in the office are the core team and we spend more hours in the office than we would like to admit. The rest is of course technology. Having a diverse team across different time zones entails being accessible at most times. That said though, a reason for this commitment is that our work is very much our play. Sometimes, we work all day and some more but that's because it's fun the whole time. We spend basically 24 hours a day with each other and at this point, are more like a family.
