Pleaz.io is a digital platform designed to implement active breaks in between office and everyday working hours. We make it easy to find short video instructions for active breaks varying from 2-10 minute sessions, enabling users to maintain the physical and mental well-being of themselves in any working situation. The foundation of the company is scientifically based and has been tested within the Danish public school-systems for five years, before pivoting to larger organizations through a digital platform in 2020.
