GoMore has more than 2.5 million members in five markets and ambitious plans to grow the company over the coming years. Our investor base consists of strong profiles from the Danish start-up scene. Blok

Blok is a digital real estate agency for residential properties. Simply put, we help people buy and sell apartments. Why? Real estate transactions are notorious for being the largest and most stressful financial decisions we take during our lives. There are a lot of questions, uncertainty and the process has traditionally been opaque and costly. Our goal at Blok is to fix that by providing a transparent and cost-efficient service, where the customer feels that she’s in control. At the core, we’re a technology company, since we recognize that winning in this market requires us to augment the best real estate agents with the best technology. Our digital services enable us to give our customers a modern customer experience and provides massive operational efficiencies for our real estate agents, which saves time and money, both for us and our customers. Founded in 2017, the company has grown rapidly with apartments sold for the combined value of over 500 MEUR to date and employs over 32 people in Finland and Sweden. We’re backed by prominent Nordic and Swiss investors and our financial situation is solid. The Story Blok's story started from our own experiences in the real estate market. In January 2015 our CEO Rudi Skogman found his dream apartment. To afford it he had to sell his old flat. After some price negotiations the apartment was sold and the real estate agent cashed in a 7000 € commission. Afterwards Rudi started thinking if using an agent had been right choice after all. There had to be a better (and cheaper) way to sell apartments. In the spring of 2016 Rudi got the idea of using technology to automate most of the selling process. Soon after that Juha, Samu and Olli joined. Things started to fall in place: What if we would let the owner arrange viewings? What if bids could be made online? What if the home valuation would be done by an algorithm? What if the transaction cost was a bit more reasonable? After taking a leap of faith and founding Blok the service was officially launched in the spring of 2017. Since then the company has served thousands of home sellers and buyers across Finland and Sweden. The company has won recognition as one of the hottest startups in Europe (Wired) and as the best new web service of the year (Grand One). The Service Our apartment sales service provides an easy and seamless digital experience for selling and buying an apartment throughout the whole home buying and selling process: - The valuation service estimates the value of your apartment based on advanced algorithms and actual transactions. - The trading platform enables bidding for apartments electronically. - The agent service automates nearly all routine tasks of the real estate agent, making the whole process extremely cost-efficient. Our Etsivä service offers an unique way to buyers to find their dream apartment. The service looks for a suitable apartment among all existing apartments in the Helsinki Capital Region and can tell you how many actually exist, how many are sold per year and for what price. You can ask us to contact the owners of those apartments to check if they are interested in buying. Our digital services matched with our stellar customer service team has resulted in a world-class customer happiness which has steadily measured in the 80-90 range on the NPS scale.

Flic

We simplify the interaction between humans and computers, bringing back tactile push buttons to the connected world. Flic launched in 2014 as the largest Nordic crowdfunding campaign ever. Since our launch we have grown the impact of the product around the world while maintaining a small and young team. We release new products and services to maintain and grow our position as the go-to solution for connected buttons and novel tactile interfaces. We are a young and dynamic team of engineers and entrepreneurs. In the Flic culture we have no set working hours and very few meetings. The music is often loud and no-one complains when people talk, laugh, play videogames or decides to work from home. We do not generally follow any set processes in our work, instead we adapt and collaborate on everything in a fast paced environment. We learn from each other and we respect all points of view. We believe in transparency, freedom and collaborative responsibility.

Livingroom Analytics

Livingroom Analytics aims at accelerating people performance drawing on research and in-depth data. In conversation with some of Denmark’s biggest companies, we have developed a cloud-based software platform that combines HR-data with intelligent employee surveys. Simple and employee-friendly, Livingroom covers more than 1700 engagement drivers – enabling business units to work smarter, healthier and outperform others. We are receiving increased publicity and was just shortlisted as the Top 10 Employee Engagement Solution Providers in Europe 2019 by the HR Tech Outlook Magazine.

Freespee

Freespee is the only customer communication platform that allows businesses and their website visitors or app users to talk in real-time via any interface, typed or spoken. Freespee’s Conversation Cloud is designed to humanize online commerce operations and drive better customer engagement. The Conversation Cloud enables online businesses to see their website visitors and app users, see the conversations being had with those customers and use them to trigger specific and relevant actions to help tailor the customer experience and drive conversion.

ISSUU

Issuu is a massive omni channel digital publishing platform and cloud service that, through the Issuu Story Cloud, enables marketers, brands and creators globally to digitally create, share and monetize brochures, content marketing materials, publications, look books, catalogs and more across all screens and formats. The Issuu Story Cloud, which includes integrations with Adobe Indesign, Google AMP, Dropbox, Google Drive and others and is a content sharing and distribution service that sits between Creative Cloud and Marketing Cloud products. With the Story Cloud, we enable marketers and brands to create once and share everywhere digitally. Issuu has massive scale with more than 1 million marketers, brands and creators leveraging the platform annually and more than 100 million uniques consuming content monthly. Our Copenhagen office is conveniently close to the center in the heart of Vesterbro. It has a friendly, creative and welcoming atmosphere in a cool office environment, additionally with a music room, table tennis, and old-school arcade games.
