Fair Recruit is a purpose driven job board that is on a mission to make it easier for inexperienced students and graduates from universities to get a study relevant job. Fair Recruit is needed because the "normal" job market has a recruitment mechanism that continuously only picks the ''20 % best CV's''. This means that a large “middle field” of inexperienced ''average CV's'' apply for 100's of jobs without even getting to the first job interview. Fair Recruit flips around the mechanism by making it a criteria that applicants must have no/limited experience, thereby excluding the "the best CVs'". Companies need to realise that not only d1o the large "middle-field" of inexperienced applicants contain tremendous talent and personally that contribute to a diversified work force, but taking responsibility in providing them jobs create social, societal and company value as a whole. The latter meaning that a genuine and thus well deserved CSR profile can be obtained.

Vi har udviklet en bestillingsplatform, som på nuværende tidspunkt bruges på skoler. Kantiner er i høj grad et overset domæne for digitalisering. De har store udfordringer ved at forudsige antallet af bestillinger og fremvise deres menu på en præsentabel måde. I folkeskolen smider omkring halvdelen af eleverne deres madpakke ud mindst 1 gang om ugen, 82% af forældrene opleves som værende stressede, og kantinerne har store udfordringer ved at holde omsætningen oppe med outdatede kontanter og en mobilfri skole. Dette løser vores kantineplatform. Vores løsning er to forskellige platforme, der hver især er udviklet med brugeren i fokus. Dette gør det muligt, at systemet kan køre uden vores indblanding, hvilket gør konceptet skalerbart. Vores platforme: 1) Kantinepersonalet kan lægge madplaner, se bestillinger og gå på opdagelse i statistik mv., hvilket muliggør driften af en effektiv, online kantine og en reduktion af madspildet til et minimum. 2) På den anden side får brugeren en visuel flot fremstilling af menuen og mulighed for at spare tid ved forudbestilling og betaling online, samt at springe køen over på folkeskolerne med vores Scan&Go koncept. På nuværende tidspunkt kører vores platform på skoler. Systemet fungerer og kantinepersonale, forældre og elever er glade for systemet. Vores koncept er relevant på en lang række andre områder, heriblandt hospitaler, virksomhedskantiner mm.

Lulu Lab is an impact start-up developing educational games on taboo topics to make it easier to speak about the difficult things. We cover Reproductive Health and Sexual Rights in East and West Africa, through partnerships with some of the biggest NGOs in the world. Our first educational game Lulu's Journey is about Menstrual Hygiene. This interactive, visual and fun game is developed from co-creation workshops with UN Women Ethiopia and several NGOs in urban and rural Kenya. LinkAiders is a Danish startup striving to optimize disaster communication by delivering timely and verified data to relief coordinators. We are the owners and drivers behind the project Reachi - an information management system that will function even when regular signal and power is unavailable. Reachi utilizes the existing capacity of trained volunteers to establish mesh networks. We cooperate with the Danish Red Cross and our technical partner Neocortec.
