Our core technology uses smartwatch sensors to measure movement during training and can infer the exercise type and count the number of repetitions automatically. The athlete obviously already knows how many repetitions they did, they might not be aware of their time under tension, range of motion, variability in repetition speed, rest intervals, etc. Since Wodscribe knows every single repetition, all of these valuable insights can easily be calculated and the athlete can be made aware of their inefficiencies.
