What is the solution? For the modern traveler, we offer a web app that enables them to explore cities on their own terms through a gamified experience. On their journey, they ‘unlock’ the secrets, stories, and hidden gems of their destination. These unlockable points are conceptualized as ‘Motes’ and in order to open them, the user has to be physically present (the web app tracks location), creating an immersive and engaging experience for our users. For organizations, we offer a self-service tool, called Motes Pro, which allows them to create digital experiences through an easy-to-use interface where they can add Motes, draw routes, and create narratives using video, sound, text, images, and very soon 3D sound. Motes Pro also offers statistics on how tourists move around in the city and what content that performs well, thus enabling organizations to continuously improve their offerings.
