A connected, fully voice assisted Heads-Up Display (HUD) makes it possible to access all functions you need and want from your cell phone while driving, without ever taking it out of your pocket. A dash camera scans the road ahead and provide valuable data for service innovation. The dedicated connectivity offers wi-fi to passengers and enables Over-the-air (OTA) updates, so you always have access to the latest technology and services. 5G and C-V2X is just around the corner. Consenz will save lives by empowering drivers, individually and collectively, focusing on user friendliness and comfort. Relocate.me is developing a platform for software engineers and other tech professionals who are looking for a job abroad. We provide our users with relevant info about their new home and handpick IT jobs with relocation packages. Our mission is is to make employee relocation simpler, as well as build an open platform promoting healthy country-level competition for Tech talent.

ClearVoyage

ClearVoyage er en platform, som hjælper skibsejere og rederier i hele verden med at optimere deres shipping-forretning. Vores mission er at udvikle en platform som kan bringe shipping-industrien ind i det 21. århundrede. Dette er især vigtigt i en tid hvor verden ændrer sig hurtigt og hvor nuværende løsninger er gået i stå. ClearVoyage er et spin-off fra tech-virksomheden Wine Dark Sea. Det er struktureret som et joint venture mellem Wine Dark Sea og to af de største navne i shipping-verdenen. Sammenlagt beskæftiger disse virksomheder hundredvis af mennesker med 18 kontorer i 9 lande, med aktiviteter i mange flere. Selvom de tre virksomheder har rødder i forskellige dele af den maritime sektor, har vi lagt vores kræfter sammen for at genopfinde måden shippingvirksomheder verden over administrerer deres flåder. Det startede tilbage i 2018, da vores CTO, Anders, og CEO, Alex, mødtes i en shippingvirksomhed i Singapore. Her oplevede de begge frustrerende udfordringer med de nuværende software-løsninger. Det kunne simpelthen ikke passe at software i tydelig 90’er-stil, stadig skulle bruges til at drive kerneforretningen hos virksomheder der flytter gods for milliarder om året.

We will not enter a new product in the market if it doesn't benefit the farmers' earnings or improve the animals living conditions - ideally both at the same time. We are innovative and have fostered several patented products that have won many awards for their positive impact on animal welfare.

Butter is re-engineering salary for shift workers by making salary real-time. We have a belief that creating a direct link between work and pay through real-time salary will fundamentally shift the way we think about work and our motivation for working. We also believe thinking about money is hard, and that there are a lot of things we can do with behavioural design to make it easier. Thus we work in an extremely customer-centric way to create products that are helpful, fun to use but also change the way we think about work and pay. Employers get a more motivated workforce, who are more likely to take shifts and can save their finance / HR teams a lot of time by ensuring their employees always understand which shifts they are getting paid for at which times. Colossyan

Colossyan is creating synthetic videos for advertisers to help them reach their audience more effectively and engage them more efficiently with personalized video content. Creating a single video as an advertisement is not going to reach many kinds of people, because it is not fit for everyone's personal needs. Not only advertisers lose a lot of money, but video production costs do not allow them to scale their product videos to a higher amount. This problem is affecting the whole advertising market world-wide and with our technology companies from small to large size are going to benefit extremely well by generating a larger Return on Investment. At Colossyan we are building state-of-the-art machine learning models to manipulate the facial expressions and voices of the individuals within the adds we are scaling and personalizing. We put a lot of effort into making it as realistic as possible. By using this so called "Deepfake" technology, we are able to create dozens of videos in relatively short time compared to actually filming them. The founders have been part of similar deepfake technology projects and we know the whole field around it. We strive to be an ethical AI company, we are going to have very strict contracts for the usage of our technology and not going to allow any other entity than us to operate it. We believe in the synthetic revolution of the 21st century and we are really eager to see what we can achieve with such a new type of applied science.

Notata AS

One investor and one tech-head came together to create a better ecosystem for investors. Having first hand experience as investors in early stage startups we have felt some pain points that we aim to solve. First of all, like most investors, we are in continuous conversations with our network. Sometimes you want to know what’s moving in the market while other times you need to discuss a case with field experts. If you have decided to invest you often want to promote the deal and find good co-investors. Secondly we encourage having a systematic approach to evaluate startups in order to eliminate decisions based on gut feeling and unconscious bias. Our software aims to solve these two problems, and is designed to be an easy-to-use tool for investors to use on the go, and to lower the threshold for curious investors-to-be to enter the market. We currently have a working MVP in production that is being used by a handful of pilot customers. Our goal for the next four months is to work closely with these, participate in their events and courses, and shape Notata around their needs. Because of this early nature of our company, ideas, concepts and feature needs is continuously changing, and we are looking for agile and creative people that can join us in these conversations and produce/suggest their own tasks that is needed to meet our overall goals. We’re in the early stage of a company that’s going to take an international position, and we are looking for people that can help us through this journey. This means that you will have to be talented, hard working and independent, as you will build the department that you will eventually lead.

Large companies invest considerable resources in creating internal communication (intranet, newsletters, talks, training) to inform and educate their employees and build their culture. But employees are already exhausted by how much email and communications they receive and often they don’t have time to stay in the loop with the company beat. Especially growth companies which onboard up to 100 employees in a year will have a difficult time maintaining their original culture and need to invest significant time and money in ensuring the employees share the company values. Even for existing employees, tacit knowledge is only shared in small groups and when requested, but fails to be communicated across the entire organisation. The solution to this problem is using audio as a new medium for communication, culture development and knowledge sharing. Our solution allows communication teams and any employee to record, edit and publish audio content without needing prior training. The content is published in a private internal podcast platform, where employees can feel safe to discuss their work and where the company can reinforce their values and maintain a healthy culture.
