A prototype should be developed in order to make tests on more subjects. The equine industry is also a target group – the prototype may therefore be developed to fit both humans and horses.

Momio ApS is an international interactive media company located in Copenhagen, Denmark. The company specializes in developing and operating social online products for children. Our goal is to give kids a great first social media experience by surrounding them with good friends in a playful and safe environment. A third of the world’s internet users are children and adolescents under 18 years of age, but the majority of services they use are not made for them. We apply a Nordic approach to digital responsibility and AI by focusing on data minimization and privacy by design and default. We focus on creating free, playful and safe environments that educate kids in online behaviour.

Gastronaut

Commercial-stage FoodTech startup with extremely competitive and innovative supply & value chain models in the massive, dinosaur catering market. *PROBLEM* All food-related businesses need to deal with physical supply-chain assets, which are hard and expensive to scale and also have an immense negative impact on the value propositions towards buyers. Specifically for catering buyers, this results in keeping them trapped in a captive market with uniform and interchangeable offerings within a single supplier and across suppliers. *SOLUTION* Gastronaut is a catering company with a radical business model that scales physical assets with the same ease, speed and cost as scaling software, while also improving the value chain. Specifically, we develop and coordinate a proprietary network of independent cloud kitchens (fundamentally different from other dark-kitchen models) to produce a complex catering service for a single buyer, and a single cloud kitchen to produce simultaneously for multiple buyers. Gastronaut's model allows for: - 9x higher margins than any caterer, - 2,5x higher margins than food-mediating/aggregating platforms, - in the consumer-facing food market with the highest AOV (catering) - while offering buyers the only award-winning and premium experience at mid-range prices. *POSITIVE IMPACT* Gastronaut partners only with talented immigrant chefs who bring specialised craftsmanship and sophisticated flavours exclusively from their home countries. This enables us to create jobs, integration opportunities and economic sustainability for immigrants to achieve breadth and depth of impact. This CSR credit is fully transferable to our clients without them paying or doing anything extra. Last, but not least, in this male-dominated industry 80% of Gastronaut chefs are women.

NSS Water Enhancement Technology AB

NSS Water Enhancement Technology AB have for the last year developed a process for producing what we call Nano Pure Water (NPW). Our NPW is free of any particles above 10 nano meters. Today there is something called "PCR Grade water" that is used for PCR test (polymer chain reaction) e.g covid-19 test. The PCR grade water today is very expensive , up to 4500 euro/liter, it is difficult to manufacture and needs to be handled in a certain way. Our solution with NPW could make a hospital or lab self-sufficient on PCR grade water, to a much lower cost and with a much higher quality! Our test comparing our NPW to leading suppliers PCR grade water shows that our water is in a class of it self. With our solution it is possible to produce NPW on demand and just in time! So lets take a step into a nano-pure world!

Keys Ecosystem

Keys digitises startup ecosystems and offers personalised guidance on ecosystem resources that empower entrepreneurs and innovators to discover, access, and fully utilise their startup ecosystem. KEYS has two distinct target groups: The user (entrepreneur, innovator, etc.): uses the KEYS personalised recommendation chatbot to discover and access resources in their startup ecosystem. The customer (city municipality, ministry of innovation/technology, or ecosystem ‘owner’, etc.): uses KEYS to gain a real-time overview of their ecosystem through a dashboard, with up-to-the-minute data revealing the city’ strengths, weaknesses, trends and more.

IQM Quantum Computers

We build quantum computers. IQM is a spin-out from Aalto University and VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland. The team’s pioneering work has already yielded breakthroughs in fundamental quantum computing hardware technologies. These innovations position IQM as an emerging hardware leader in the global effort to develop a large-scale quantum computing solutions for practical applications. IQM has raised €11.5M of seed funding in July 2019.

Highlights - We have a full range of well developed products and production tooling. - We have begun selling thru our distribution network and direct online. - Award winning products and several nominations internationally. - Inhouse design, engineering, programming, CNC & online marketing established - Our supply chain is gradually becoming more established and negotiable. The Business Coh&Co’s bicycles are made of a new groundbreaking material technology that makes it possible to recycle carbon fibre and thus offer our customers a lifetime warranty that transitions into a buy-back program when the product is 10 years old. This opens up possibilities for a circular product life cycle and encourages ambassador shops and customers alike to work with us to maintain these bicycles and keep them operating at their best. Sales divided between direct internet sales and brick mortar ambassador shops ensure that our products can be serviced locally. Our digital sales platform helps ambassador shops engage consumers through out the product lifecycle while providing them with virtual stock to complement their showroom stock. The Market European focus on cutting CO2 emissions and healthcare costs has brought on strong public investment in commuter cycling programs & cycling infrastructure. This is driving growth in urban commuter, cargo bicycle & Pedelec markets. European cycling industry statistics estimate sales at 16B€ with a CAGR of 4-6%. Independent retailers maintain 40-55% of market share. Average unit costs are increasing. People & society are investing in a cycling lifestyle. Coh&Co assists small retailers in servicing local markets with commuter bicycles & cargo bicycles. We have screened 200 retailers across Northern Europe and are actively expanding our ambassador shop network. The expansion will drive sales of 600 units in 2020 and 1000 in 2021. Progress/Proof With 4 years of technology and materials development and a series of new designs, Coh&Co is pioneering the implementation of carbon fibre composites in the urban cycling market. The development has included techniques for recycling of these materials. To date, we have a series of 5 models that sport this new technology. Objectives/Future We have had a strong start developing products & business models for a growing market. Now we need to focus on expanding distribution and sales while optimising our production pipeline. Coh&Co will spend 2020 expanding to encompass 40 points of sale in Northern Europe, whilst continuing the development of our sales and marketing products to better arm retailers with appropriate tools to address a dynamic market.

Claimlane is a B2B Saas startup operating in the fashion industry (FashionTech). We have build a platform for retailers and suppliers to easily manage complaints (i.e. faulty clothes). Our mission is to make the complaint process silky smooth and to provide our customers with insights into their faulty products, thus helping them make better and more sustainable products in the future. We believe in a strong culture - with the right motivated people the sky is the limit.
