Opkeep is striving to democratize self-care by enabling people to discover & frequently use beauty & grooming services best suited for their personalised needs. We already started out with a user-friendly B2C marketplace website connecting over 400 salon services to customers in Copenhagen. There are more exciting developments in the pipeline! We don't want to merely be a booking app, we want to change the culture around self-care by encouraging & enabling people to take care of themselves. The itch to create Opkeep started out with the founder's own frustration over spending considerable time to search and find good, affordable services outside normal office hours in Denmark. Who fancies sifting through a hundred websites to book a pedi after a tiring day at work! We think though Denmark has a great talent pool of beauty & wellness service providers, often they are hidden from the customers who badly need them.

Zerion was established in 2019 as a spinout company from the University of Copenhagen based on almost a decade of research.

ORIGINS The story begins with two Portuguese siblings from Porto separated by different life paths. This special feeling led these two young siblings to create something unique in which they could spend some time together, exploring their particular skills, infusing a truly Danish experience and Scandinavian design influence with a very strong Portuguese background and heritage. And so, Længsel Design is born. The architectural lines, the contemporary elegance and the Scandinavian style are very present in pieces that were inspired by Portuguese historical marks, landscapes and cultural aspects. The nature of the brand privileges the local handmade and craftworks, natural materials and a sustainable relationship across the whole value chain. NEW NORDIC DESIGN In the Nordic product design, there is a necessity of practicality, with a focus on usefulness and durability, taking into account the surrounding natural world and its resources. Our point on new Nordic design is to incorporate the functionality, craftsmanship, minimalism and creative courage in every one of our creations. SUSTAINABLE CRAFTSMANSHIP At Længsel we are dedicated to reduce our environmental impact. We have a continuous research about the best sustainable options for our products. We choose woods that can be recycled or replaceable in a fast-growing rate. We look for fabrics that are rapidly renewable, biodegradable, recyclable or can be produced organically. PRODUCTION The production is all done in Portugal reinforcing a unique perspective on Laengsel´s creations. We want to innovate and defy crystalized ideas by having a close relationship with our local portuguese craftsman. We are proud to experience by first hand that they give all their love and knowledge to our minimalist and long lasting designs.

From our own experiences as developers, designers, digital producers, content writers, and so much more, we were constantly faced with the brick wall that is web production. Large bespoke builds were costly and labor-intensive, and CMS templates made our stories feel flat and uninteresting. Quickit eliminere ventetiden når man skal i kontakt med en tjener for at bestille eller betale. Quickit øger mersalget vha. 3 markedsføringskanaler i appen og op salg. Quickit indsamler forbrugerdata, som restaurationsejerne kan bruge til at lære mere om deres gæster. Hele Quickit eventyret startede for knap 6 måneder siden, hvor jeg, sammen med en veninde, var træt af at vente på kvitteringen, hver gang vi var på café. Vi legede med tanken om en app, der kunne løse vores problem. Jeg greb muligheden for at skabe mit eget, og har nu udviklet, finpudset og til dels realiseret et samfundsproblemløsende, effektiviserende og moderne forretningskoncept, som er mere end klar til at blive ført endnu mere ud i livet.
