LYS Technologies - Live Healthier with Light

Hi, we're LYS. We’re not here to build smarter lighting products, but to enable a smarter and healthier living with light. We look beyond the lifespan of a light bulb, the aesthetics of a lamp and the technology of smart lighting systems. Instead, we focus on what should always come first — people and supporting their healthy livelihood. Just as air, food, and water, light is a natural and vital source to health. To most people, the absorption of light is an unconscious choice in life. It’s everywhere, always. But not necessarily in a healthy way. We can choose to eat better, drink less, run more… but what about the things we don’t see, but subconsciously feel? The things that can truly energise our day and make us happier and healthier. We are here to improve people’s health by enabling personal light adjusted to their inner rhythms and daily routines. Light can only be truly healthy, if it’s powered by people and the lives they live every day. So, whenever you are ready to feel the difference, we are here to help you live a healthier life with light.

LeafUp

Let's plant 100 million trees on coffee farms!! LeafUp is a global movement, started in Oslo, to protect the environment and help coffee farmers earn a fair wage. As teenagers working on coffee farms across Peru, we saw firsthand how unfair it can be. The same coffee we were harvesting and selling in town for 20 NOK a kilo was being sold to people just like our families in California for more than 200 NOK a kilo. For us, this isn't only about coffee. It's about connecting some of the least privileged people in the developed world with some of the most privileged people in the developed world through this crazy drink we all rely on. With LeafUp, we hope to bring coffee lovers into closer contact with the farmers who produce it and allow them to protect the environment at the same time.

Move United

Move United commoditize sports for all abilities through technology Persons with a visual disability want to live active and healthy lives, and to be equal parts of their communities despite their impairment. For the group, sighted guides are a prerequisite for engaging in sports, but the process of recruiting guides is burdensome, leading to the group missing out on sports, with adverse physical and mental health effects as a result. Move United is a social community platform, that connects persons with a visual impairment to sighted volunteers for a brisk walk, a 10 km run or a session in the local gym.

Development Goals Forum

Development Goals Forum (DGF) is an organisation based in Oslo with the purpose of bringing awareness to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The organisation stemmed from a common frustration about the existing gap between decision-makers and young people. Since then, our organisation has grown from being primarily driven by youth to a much broader audience that consists of a diverse range of actors and organisations that are dedicated to the SDGs. We are driven by the desire to work for a sustainable future where no voice is unheard nor anyone is left behind, which is why we created an arena for discussion and dialogue..

DCR Solutions

DCR is an enterprise business process platform that enables a business - or process owner to easily create his/her own IT-system prototypes, mapping complex workflows with business rules, roles and legal requirements and ‘implement’ this process directly in any IT-system without any programming required (code-free). Once digitalized, DCR uses AI to discover and analyse actual user behaviour to constantly improve and adapt processes for the benefit of efficiency and user satisfaction. And for the business, dramatically reducing cost of implementation, ‘lead-time’, risk of non-compliance and ultimately maximising the value, lifetime and investment in their system.
