Under temaet "Leading to Change" ble Oslo Business Forum arrangert for første gang 17. november foran 1000 næringslivsledere. Sir Alex Ferguson og Google-sjef Jan Grønbech var blant foredragsholderne som kom. Det er de to tidligere BI-studentene Christoffer Omberg (23) og Marius Røed Wang (23) som står bak oslo Business Forum. Etter å ha jobbet strukturert med å hente inn en stor, internasjonal foredragsholder til Oslo la de i april 2016 studierne på is, satset 500.000 kr hver og lanserte Oslo Business Forum med blant annet omtale i E24, Medier24 og Østlandets Blad.
