Flowplan

Flowplan is offering an IoT solution for remote water management, specifically for water consuming HoReCa machinery, e.g. coffee machines, dishwashers and ice machines. The solution consists of both hardware and software and together offers the most advanced IoT solution available on the market. More or less all these machines are equipped with a water filter that filter out calcium and magnesium, to avoid scale buildup. They have to be changed dependent on water hardness and filter type. Currently service companies change them based on rough estimates or even guesses - leading to huge filter waste, unnecessary driving and often scale buildup in the expensive machines. By monitoring all consumption, transmitting it wirelessly and analyzing data, we predict exactly when the filters are due, and let the service companies know. This way we ensure all filters are changed on time, not too soon or too late. Besides optimizing water filters, we are using machine earning and AI to analyze consumption data and gain valuable insights for the users to act upon. Our mission is to change the water filter market. Reduce the enormous filter (and money) waste, and ensure no machines break down due to scale buildup. We are a young team with experience from the industry, where the problem has been a long-standing problem.

Fair Recruit is a purpose driven job board that is on a mission to make it easier for inexperienced students and graduates from universities to get a study relevant job. Fair Recruit is needed because the "normal" job market has a recruitment mechanism that continuously only picks the ''20 % best CV's''. This means that a large “middle field” of inexperienced ''average CV's'' apply for 100's of jobs without even getting to the first job interview. Fair Recruit flips around the mechanism by making it a criteria that applicants must have no/limited experience, thereby excluding the "the best CVs'". Companies need to realise that not only d1o the large "middle-field" of inexperienced applicants contain tremendous talent and personally that contribute to a diversified work force, but taking responsibility in providing them jobs create social, societal and company value as a whole. The latter meaning that a genuine and thus well deserved CSR profile can be obtained.

WAIR is on a mission to give discarded textiles a new life through the power of upcycling. In our first product, we transform ''unperfect'' jeans and workwear into modern and sustainable sneakers. Textile upcycling is overlooked in the circular fashion agenda, but it is a powerful recirculation strategy, that minimizes the need for new virgin material, and retains the value in the discarded fabrics. Apart from shoes, we also include the consumers in the production of upcycled fashion through upcycling workshops.
