EventEye

EventEye creates easy to use event apps focussed on organizing and saving time for meetings and event professionals in their otherwise busy schedules. Suddenly it is fun to go to an event with live polling, Q&A and all the event information at your fingertips.  In a short period of time EventEye has grown from a small startup in Norway to become one of the world players in the event technology industry, classified as the most user-friendly solution out there.  Eventeye is an innovative event app company that really focuses on crafting a great user-experience, for both participants and organizers. On one hand, Eventeye wants to make it easy for participants navigate through conferences or a professional events they attend and on the other, it ensures that the solution is effective for organizers to help them save time.

FunRock

Funrock does strategy games for mobile phones and tables. Funrock has a clear focus: bringing mobile strategy gaming to 2.0. Funrock consists of storytellers, journalists, musicians, excellent developers and graphic designers that deliver visual experiences and new ways of consuming strategy gaming. At Funrock, nothing is more important than quality and to deliver 2.0 value. We focus on the Middle East/Arabic market: a huge, unexplored region with enormous potential for mobile strategy gaming.   Our team consists of everything and everyone: excellent developers, influencers, experts in the Arabic market, storytellers, marketers, people from the gaming industry and from all over the world. We have a well-complemented team ready to take mobile strategy gaming to the next level, and to be the number one gaming company in the Middle Eastern region. We are based in Stockholm, but our team is not limited to background or location but simply to skills. We are really good at tech in Sweden. We are great, actually. Universal Avenue

Universal Avenue is a global on demand sales platform. It connects growing and established brands with a talented community of Brand Ambassadors that help drive customer acquisition, where and when a business needs it. For brands, this provides flexibility to expand and scale in existing & new markets. For Brand Ambassadors, it offers freedom to define their own working patterns, have a flexible lifestyle and create lucrative revenue streams by introducing innovative, new products to the market. We like a flexible work environment - there’s a lot of buzz in our office, with a mix of quiet space for people who want to focus on their projects. We have regular events in the office with our Brand Ambassadors, development team, and with the internal team, so there are a lot of possibilities to get involved in our culture. We’re professional, yet we like to give people the freedom to work the way that suits them best, if that means they want to sit on the sofas with a coffee to work, that’s no problem. What we want most of all is to be productive and create great work. We often have company meetings offsite, like for example a weekend in the Archipelago, as company culture is key for us. As we have offices in other locations (Spain, Greece, UK, and soon the US) there’s also the opportunity, given the role you take, to travel to our other offices to experience the work culture there.

It's My Styl

It’s My Styl is a creative social gaming platform. The platform is a mix of gaming and social networking, and it offers users to create a digital product without needing to go public themselves. The content is not connected to good looks but inspiration. It’s My Styl focuses on young teenage girls with the passion for fashion and creativity. It’s My Styl works with trending features, top lists, and communities to deliver a top notch experience. We are very customer-focused and adapt all our features after customers needs. We are very data driven, and we measure everything we do to make sure we are working on projects or features that our users want. Our product is still a hypothesis that we need to test, and change, depending on our feedback.Our team is like a small family; we are very well-integrated, and personal chemistry is super important to us. If you join us, you work with us and not for us. We offer freedom and responsibility for everyone to thrive and test their limits. We are open to all kinds of backgrounds, as long as you work hard and have a passion for what you do.  We want to strengthen young women and make sure they get the opportunity to express their creativity without needing good looks to do so. We would never build a product that wouldn’t be morally righteous, and in that sense, we are social entrepreneurs too. We prefer working together at the office; it’s simply easier and more fun. With that being said, we do offer flexible work hours and location if you feel this way of working suits you better. Further, we value open communication and positive vibes within the team. Two of us work remotely, but we meet every third month for a longer workshop and a nice dinner.

Halon Security

A fully scriptable SMTP software, with a collection of programmable SMTP-command hooks and a complete toolbox through our high-level email-specific scripting language. Halon enables customers to reduce their operational costs and minimize the amount of time dedicated to manual tasks. Our largest customer base is currently in the Nordics but we are working on an international expansion. Great work comes from individuals with that get a change to take charge. At Halon we believe that when we can offer an employee enough responsibility to take their own initiatives, he/she will do so. We give everyone clear responsibilities but freedom within their areas. Halon is directly built on trust and consists of excellent, self-reliant people. XMReality

We enable large companies to solve their problems faster out in the field as well as preventing problems using Augmented Reality (AR). We allow businesses to save costs, open up new revenue streams opportunities and improve service quality. We have worked with large enterprises such as Tetra Pak and Volvo, and we have a strong global presence with purchase orders from all continents. Our revenue has been growing around 200% and in a few months, we are launching our iOS offering. Our values are based on simplicity, innovation, and efficiency. We need to be the most adaptable technical solution on the market and deliver top-notch value.   As our team is rapidly growing, we need to have defined roles even though everyone is still involved in strategic decisions and has an impact on the future of the company. We have different experiences both regarding amount of time but also abilities, which creates a complemented team. Further, we are very goal driven, and we carefully measure our KPIs on a monthly basis to make sure we are going in the right direction. We are an informal group, and we tend to solve problems as we go, but we are here to grow. Next year, we see the company grow with 100%, expanding the team from 15 to 30 people. To us, it all comes down to two things: do the right things and do the things right. It’s as simple as that.

DPOrganizer is a data protection management software that helps companies take control of their processing of personal data, reduce risk and ensure compliance. We focus on mid-size and large companies who are looking to work more efficiently in data protection management. Today, our main market is in Europe At DPOrganizer, we are all equally involved in what we do. Everything we do is for ourselves and the company. We firmly believe in our vision, our product, and our abilities. We discuss and share thoughts about strategy and our long-term plan, but regarding everyday work we have our different expertise and we know what we do best in the team.Most of our development and features are based on customer feedback, which makes our company very customer focused. We are building a product that does good and adds value; we make companies work efficiently, and we help them be better at respecting their customer's and employee's integrity, which is good news for all private individual. The team shares the same vision of adding value and making privacy work better, which makes it easier for us to continue building a great product.As we still are in an early state, there is always something to celebrate. Every time we reach a minor milestone we try to celebrate and spend time outside the office.

ftrack

ftrack is cloud-based collaboration for creative companies, and we aim to simplify the process from pitch to screen. It enables users to set up projects, allocate tasks, track their work, make notes together - all in the same space. ftrack offers more insight into the process, such as how much time they spend in different areas, resulting in a clear project overview and better time management.We have clients from about 60 countries, and our largest markets are in the US, the UK, and Germany. Our team focuses on the success of our customers - we make sure that we develop features that can help them reach their goals. It is important for us to focus on the right things as we see results immediately. To do so, we need to interact with our clients, which we do by for instance chatting and answering our phones any time of the day. In the beginning, we worked so hard for something for a long time, but everything improved when we started with one simple thing: listening to our customers. ftrack is a flat organization, and we give the opportunity to work from home on Thursdays. Work balance is important to us, and our business is built on trust. Everything we do can be done from anywhere, but we like spending time together at the office. Sometimes we go to the cinema after work, and we arrange internal hackathons.

Attach is a cloud based document tracking platform that tells you everything that happens to your document after you hit send: who opens it, what pages they read and who they share it with. Attach aims to improve the way businesses communicate with each other by providing visibility around documents. Like Dropbox is synonymous with file storage, Attach aims to be synonymous with document sharing. At Attach we’re passionate about what we’re doing, but also how we’re doing it. We value freedom and responsibility, experimentation and learning, we make sure we celebrate both small and large victories, and most of all, we respect and support each other on the journey.One of us is working in San Francisco, and two of us in Stockholm, which makes us spend some time on Slack. We try to arrange meetings when our time differences synchronize. We are very customer-focused and we adapt our feature after our clients needs. We have a clear vison and we know where we are going.
