Forza Football

Football Addicts is the Swedish app developer behind popular apps Forza Football and Forza 90’ (previously known as Live Score Addicts and Player of the Match). Forza Football have 5 million downloads and 2.5 million monthly active users. The app covers over 420 leagues from around the world. Over 40% of Forza Football users check the app every day. Forza Football enables users to track particular teams, leagues or matches with push notifications for goals, lineups videos and more. We believe that football would be nothing without the fans. The opinions and feelings of football fans are continuously being overlooked, with individual, often unsubstantiated opinions being preferred over the voice of a community. Our mission is to let fans speak as one voice.

Arthro Therapeutics is pioneering software-as-a-medicine for osteoarthritis, re-thinking and transforming how people get diagnosed and treatment for the chronic disease. Our flagship product “Joint Academy”, approaches healthcare with real science (clinical evidence) primed by objective data to deliver the best outcome for healthy joints. For the hardest-to-treat conditions we simply believe we have to go beyond pills and surgery. We have gathered industry experts, professors, physiotherapists, engineers and venture capital from relevant firms to solve this problem. We have the Swedish government as customers as well as major insurance companies.

We’re continuously expanding our already grand selection of products, with the goal to offer the widest variety of kitchenware online. Sportswik är ett digitalt sportmagasin för idrottslag som inte får någon uppmärksamhet i traditionella medier. Vår mediaplattform gör det enkelt för alla runt lagen att skapa medialt innehåll i form av matchbilder, intervjuer, videoklipp, matchreferat och liverapportering av mål och andra händelser. Våra medlemmar får ett personligt sportmagasin baserat på matcher från de lag de valt att följa. Sportswik vill demokratisera mediabevakningen av sport med hjälp av användarvänlig teknologi så att idrottslag på alla nivåer kan få uppmärksamhet för sina prestationer och samma möjligheter till bevakning, statistik och analys som de stora lagen i de stora ligorna.

Roccamore

Roccamore is a high-end shoe brand on a mission to make the most comfortable high heels on the market today. We launched with a Kickstarter campaign in Dec. 2014 that got 220% funded. We are constantly growing and just about to launch our next collection all over Europe.We are a small team of good people, based in our office on Vester Voldgade, Copenhagen.

XMReality

We enable large companies to solve their problems faster out in the field as well as preventing problems using Augmented Reality (AR). We allow businesses to save costs, open up new revenue streams opportunities and improve service quality. We have worked with large enterprises such as Tetra Pak and Volvo, and we have a strong global presence with purchase orders from all continents. Our revenue has been growing around 200% and in a few months, we are launching our iOS offering. Our values are based on simplicity, innovation, and efficiency. We need to be the most adaptable technical solution on the market and deliver top-notch value.   As our team is rapidly growing, we need to have defined roles even though everyone is still involved in strategic decisions and has an impact on the future of the company. We have different experiences both regarding amount of time but also abilities, which creates a complemented team. Further, we are very goal driven, and we carefully measure our KPIs on a monthly basis to make sure we are going in the right direction. We are an informal group, and we tend to solve problems as we go, but we are here to grow. Next year, we see the company grow with 100%, expanding the team from 15 to 30 people. To us, it all comes down to two things: do the right things and do the things right. It’s as simple as that.

ftrack

ftrack is cloud-based collaboration for creative companies, and we aim to simplify the process from pitch to screen. It enables users to set up projects, allocate tasks, track their work, make notes together - all in the same space. ftrack offers more insight into the process, such as how much time they spend in different areas, resulting in a clear project overview and better time management.We have clients from about 60 countries, and our largest markets are in the US, the UK, and Germany. Our team focuses on the success of our customers - we make sure that we develop features that can help them reach their goals. It is important for us to focus on the right things as we see results immediately. To do so, we need to interact with our clients, which we do by for instance chatting and answering our phones any time of the day. In the beginning, we worked so hard for something for a long time, but everything improved when we started with one simple thing: listening to our customers. ftrack is a flat organization, and we give the opportunity to work from home on Thursdays. Work balance is important to us, and our business is built on trust. Everything we do can be done from anywhere, but we like spending time together at the office. Sometimes we go to the cinema after work, and we arrange internal hackathons.

Global Models Group

Global Models Group exists to provide e-commerce companies with the answer to two key questions: Which type of model should we use (for web shops and banners to optimise click-through-rate & purchase %)? Where can we find a model fitting these criteria (in a fast and efficient way)? Based on machine learning and image analysis we identify what model criteria that are driving conversion for specific brands and can continuously optimise the model selection.

When installed, all uncaught errors on your webservers will automatically be synced to elmah.io’s powerful infrastructure based on Elasticsearch and Windows Azure. Beatly is an influencer marketing platform which enables brands to spread their word to influential people online globally. We match brands with the most relevant and most efficient influencers. We have worked with clients such as Arla, KRY, Linas Matkasse, Apoteket, Björn Borg and have activated influencer marketing campaigns in over 10+ countries. Beatly's mission is to become the number one platform for influencer marketing. Our team is well integrated and we work towards our goal as a team, which is very important to us all. Since we have been working together for a year, we know what we are doing and where we are going. With that being said, we have our responsibilities but they change a lot and often in a start-up. To remain structured, we try to bring up the relevant stuff, stay focused on our tasks and share our opinions when priorities shift. We always have a Friday-meeting to get input/feedback out of our systems before the weekend starts. It works pretty well!   As a part of Beatly, you will feel very welcomed. We do other fun stuff outside the office too, like going to dinner or climbing. Today we’re surprising our team member as he is getting married!
