It is important for us to focus on the right things as we see results immediately. To do so, we need to interact with our clients, which we do by for instance chatting and answering our phones any time of the day. In the beginning, we worked so hard for something for a long time, but everything improved when we started with one simple thing: listening to our customers. ftrack is a flat organization, and we give the opportunity to work from home on Thursdays. Work balance is important to us, and our business is built on trust. Everything we do can be done from anywhere, but we like spending time together at the office. Sometimes we go to the cinema after work, and we arrange internal hackathons.
