Ence is a Norwegian marketplace that offers everyday products of good quality. We work to gather both ethical and as sustainable producers as possible in one place, with the aim of making the path to ethical choices shorter for Norwegian consumers. The company was founded June 2020. It started with my personal experiences with trying to find ethical and sustainable brands to shop from, but feeling like it was unfair that the process was so time consuming. People who want to make good conscious choices when shopping, should not have to use hours background checking and surfing from one web shop to another to find products they need. So I decided to create a market place, strictly for ethical and the most sustainable brands. An honest and ethical Amazon if you like. This would spare the costumer of time; by collecting all the products they need in one place, and doing the background checking for them, and knowledge; by introducing them to brands they may not have heard of before, and provide them with information about sustainability that the dishonest brands do not want to provide for them. I recently launched the platform and is now working to make the platform more robust and better equipped for a higher number of customers.

We are building a VR solution to teach driving for students in a more effecient, affordable and fun way. Our main idea is to complement the current system to teach driving with a simulator that can be combined with physical classes to reduce cost and enhance students learning journey as they aim to get their driving license.

Vår historie Mikalsen Utvikling ble stiftet av Andrè Mikalsen i 2015. Etter mange år med utvikling av nettsider ble det ofte et tomrom og ønske om å bidra mer når nettsidene var ferdig levert. Vår første kunde fikk over 30 nye kunder den første måneden, og måtte ansette 2 nye medarbeidere for å håndtere den drastisk økende kundestrømmen. Å levere digital markedsføring med slike enormt positive resultater, er så sterkt for oss at vi aldri kommer til å slutte å skape resultater. Å være med på å endre livene til menneskene bak bedriftene er en ubeskrivelig rørende følelse. The parents decide for themselves how much they want to reward the children. Since this is basically a digital wallet, it can be used just like a regular bank account for children as well. The children can get a Visa card to use their money from, they can save, invest, shop, send, donate. The parents can send money to the children in addition to the scheduled amount. The children receive educational videos to learn about the economics and value of long-term savings. The built-in AI observes the children's habits and offers better tools to improve the focus of the children's educational journey. Parents can decide which new apps the kids can download and use to get more money. Simultaneously, many farmers and subcontractors still use physical 'worksheets' to plan and delegate tasks and invoice customers. This makes planning hard, as many tasks are weather dependent and change as frequently as the Danish summer sky. With our platform, the worksheets are digitalized and data automatically gets analyzed in the background, giving farmers insights on the profitability of machines and tasks.
