Charpstar is an Augmented Reality Company that was founded in 2016. Since then we have had some strong core values that we emphasize every day. For us it is important to share these values with others such as our clients or partners. We believe in creating a creative playground for like-minded people in order to gain huge success in this newly emerging field. Our mind is set for ventures with high potential upsides. Right now our focus is mainly towards E-commerce and driving a new shopping behaviour through Web Augmented Reality and have a large set of some of the biggest clients in the retail space. This is a market that is changing very rapidly and the market is maturing by proven success from our clients. We have huge goals and want to be the primary force in Europe driving this change. In our very nature as people we are gamers, gamers whom love to share our knowledge for interactivity with the commercial world.  In this company there is two co-founders who are very different with different backgrounds who keep the foundation afloat and strive towards building market shares everyday.

How it all started: In the early spring of 2016, three seasoned software veterans gathered in a remote cottage in Lapland to get away from the information society. Inspired by vast open spaces around us they envisioned the ultimate working place, a clear win-win destination for both the clients and professionals working there. The base layout for Montel Intergalactic was laid during that refuge and the official company was founded during autumn 2016, registered in Enontekiö to respect the inspiration given by Lapland. A few principles we follow: Communication is the key. Our professionals work independently. Nobody is going to be hovering at your desk telling you what to do. Every project has a lead developer who is not only in charge of finding other developers from Montel to work on the project but also listens to the clients desires and proactively suggests new ventures for them. Our aim is to be as productive as possible while maximizing the kicks we get out of doing our work. Often that means working from home or the office and sometimes from the end of a long pier by the sea. All this is totally ok and up to you.
