Oxygeni.us is a small team from Denmark who is passionate about creating a solution that provides the new generation a healthier life. In our daily lives, we saw a tendency that people were increasingly concerned about the consequences of air pollution but no adequate products existed for children.  We are currently developing solutions that will solve one of the biggest threats to children’s health: Air pollution. Oxygeni.us is a passionate team from Denmark. We are looking to develop better ways to protect children from environmental hazards. In our daily lives, we spotted an increased concern about the consequences of air pollution and came to the realization that especially for small children no adequate personal protection was available. So, we began researching the issues and quickly discovered the potential to help a neglected population group.  We made a survey in Copenhagen regarding children's exposure to air pollution. It showed that 92% of parents are worried about the consequences of air pollution on the health of their child and Copenhagen is very far from being one of the most polluted cities on the world map.  Premature death is not the only risk. Exposure to air pollution at a young age can lead to a significantly increased risk of a lifetime of respiratory illness, asthma, and allergies.  Waiting for air pollution levels to decrease is not an option.
