As mentioned, I have been in the industry for a while and I began to see some tendencies and challenges, which I learned my competitors were affected and challenged greatly by as well. Slowly the ideas and solutions came to me of how to solve these problems. I discussed the businessmodel and my ideas with Kim and ever since that, we have never looked back and quickly started our own company together.
