Kubell Audio is a DTU based Audio startup, creating a modular, easy to use audio system empowering hobbyist musicians & upcoming artists. Through the last 10 years, the internet has enabled a revolution in the music industry, making it much easier for independent musicians to create and share their music on social platforms like soundcloud. This is however a completely different story when it comes to the artist's ability to perform live, and share their music with people in the real world. Here, the only available Live audio equipment is wired, complicated and extremely time consuming to use and set up - which works directly against the artists wishes of spontaneous creativity and independence of the musical industry. We wanted to change this, and create an audio product that enabled this spontaneous freedom for live audio. We therefore created and patented an intelligent (patent pending), completely wireless audio system - where powerful speakers add on modules (such as microphones and guitar modules) are easily snapped together, and automatically set up by the system in seconds - enabling everyone to easily share their music and interact with fans through their beloved medium of music. Beyond our initial Kickstarter launch, we are looking to revolutionize the Live audio industry globally, by empowering musicians, and enabling them to become, and stay independent.

Our startup helps handicapped citizens manage their municipality helpers. There's a lot of confusion and stress related to keeping track of which helpers are doing what, sending their time sheets to the municipality and other similar issues like "tabt arbejdesfortjeneste". All of it usually requires a lot of different, separate calendars, and handitime is a shared calendar between citizens, parents and helpers, where the helpers themselves can put in the hours they use, and then the citizen and/or their parents just have to approve it, export to excel, and send it to their municipality.

Unde is on a mission to disrupt piracy and at the same time adding a new layer to the customer experience by giving each product a digital identity and a history to be told, where you as a consumer is an actor contributing to this story. The Unde-product will be built using blockchain and AI in a wonderful mixture. The founders of Unde have more than 80 years collective experience within tech, digital and retail. The best proven way of tackling this problem is to build a sleek user experience and use the latest digital identity services to shorten the process as much as possible. The issue with this is that it can take months to implement just a single identity service and from that point making future changes would require even further development resources. HelloFlow is a Platform as a Service (PaaS) company that was started to explore ways of solving this issue. Our founders had previously been met with a similar situation when they were asked to implement onboarding solutions for some of Europe’s largest companies. The essence of the platform is that it combines two functionalities: 1. an easy way to create and adjust an onboarding “flow” and 2. a service infrastructure that allows a given company to “drag and drop” identity services into their new process. What this results in, is a platform where building compliant, best-in-class digital onboarding flows can now be done in minutes, without writing a single line of code.

Chromologics is a Danish biotech spin-out from the Technical University of Denmark. We have developed a fungal biotech platform for the production of novel, natural colorants. Our proprietary fermentation process allows us to be first movers to introduce lab-grown food colorants to the market. Our production is sustainable, scalable and cost-competitive. Unlike other existing natural colors, our colorants are not extracted from high value raw materials like fruit and vegetables, but produced by our wild type cell factory. Our fungal strains are non-GMO and our pigments are compatible with most dietary needs, including kosher, halal, and vegan diets. We are in the R&D phase.

Livly builds the physical and digital infrastructure to deliver delicious, affordable and healthy food, through our network of cloud kitchens and kitchen operating system. Livly started as a platform connecting restaurants and customers through tailored financial incentive, typically two for one on the main dish. After thousands of interactions with hundreds of restaurants across the region, we learned that the boom in on-demand food economy creates real friction for restaurants. In July 2020, we launched our first cloud kitchen to solve this problem. We cook and distribute food on behalf of restaurants so they can focus on their dine-in customers. So we bring customers through the door and the restaurant dishes to the masses. Despite the recent setback, at Livly we believe the city is the greatest invention we have come up with, and we have the science to back it up, as we live longer, healthier happier lives in the city.
