We are looking for a motivated forward-thinker that will focus on our organisation & operation while working in a cross-functional agile team.
Responsibilities as a Operations Assistant Intern:
Conducting organisational and operational tasks such as;
Schedule and plan-out meetings, team building sessions and promotional events as required
Preparing and filing forms and other document.
Keeping close track of goals, timelines, scheduling and contact follow-ups.
Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
Analyzing operations and formulating and communicating suggestions for improvement.
You will have duties in compiling and distributing organizational and operational information to develop and implement relevant, concise and effective organizational and operational strategies on an iterative terms basis.
Assisting with day-to-day activities such as outreach; liaise with industry players, potential partners and other relevant organizations to support expansion of reVIRTUE’s reach.
Other activities relating to operations and partaking in cross-functional team meetings.

Qualifications:
Highschool diploma or equivalent.
Familiar with Apple’s Numbers, Pages, Keynote
Familiar with AppleID continuity and iCloud Drive functions
Proficient English and Danish written and oral communication skills
Plus point: work experience in Operations & Organization, Business Writing, Elocution, Project Management or related fields.
Plus point: Any relevant certificate(s).
