We are seeking a driven Logistics Coordinator who would have responsibility for core elements of our Logistics chain as well coordinating and structuring our back-end logistics.
You will be working with closely with Head of Logistics with planning, execution and monitoring of all shipments in and out. You will be working cross-functionally to help Nordgreen ensure a fast and efficient chain of logistics. We are looking for someone to start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
You will work with our Head of Logistics to support a smooth distribution and warehouse system during a time where we are expanding our sales and need to stay on top of inventory and a growing volume of orders. We expect that you are self-motivated, can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks and beyond, have some experience with inventory, warehouse work and distribution.
Continuously work to digitize and automate all logistics processes.
Ensure all shipments are planned well in advance and communicated clearly to all relevant parties.
Ensuring a smooth and professional delivery experience for all of our customers, and report directly to the Head of Logistics.
Have a acute attention to details and structure.
Support on customs tasks and other export compliance matters.
Outbound logistics and coordination of courier orders.

Experience in coordinating and handling whole sale, B2B and B2C.
An exceptional attention to detail and a knack for structuring many moving parts.
Relevant professional experience with logistics, distribution, freight forwarding, warehouse management or similar.
Experience with and strong commandment of distribution software solutions, courier accounts etc. and a good commandment of Excel and other software.
A relevant educational background or at least a proven commitment to learn, develop and take responsibility for your job area.
English is the main language of Nordgreen. Working proficiency in Danish is a plus.
Fast-paced and able to stay motivated solving both manual and administrative tasks.
