Provisions Production Assistant
Prior experience in this field is not mandatory, but basic knowledge of various fermentation processes is a must and a background in hospitality is a plus. If you are motivated, eager to constantly learn and progress and share our obsession for flavor, then this is the right role for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- assistance in the production of various types of koji
- independent execution of production schedules
- execution of recipes and processes according to existing SOP’s
- maintenance of ferments, Shoyus and Misos
- detailed cataloging of all ongoing fermentation processes
- packaging and labelling of the products
- cleaning and maintenance of our production space and equipment- maintenance of all HACCP standards and procedures
