Talent Garden Rainmaking is running two campus locations for tech entrepreneurs in Copenhagen. Besides coworking, Talent Garden is delivering various training programs for individuals and companies (Innovation School), creating large corporate partnerships to help grow the ecosystem and innovate organizations, as well as organizing various events.
We are now looking for a curious and energetic team member to join us for the Learning Coordinator position to support our Head of Learning in Denmark.
The main working areas for the position
Handle all the entire admission process of our learning programs, from student calls and admission tasks to program communication and student coordination on site or / and online.
Supporting the marketing team with various marketing and communication tasks.
Executing content creation tasks.
Handling student calls, inquiries and third party communications - job centers, other educational institutions and suppliers.
Being the main reference point for the students.
Taking full responsibility for the learning programs' administration and coordination on site and digitally.
Taking a lead on creating a seamless student experience and reaching outstanding customer satisfaction ratings.
Preparing internal status report materials.
Technical and practical ad hoc tasks.

Communicative and responsible individual who can handle various administrative tasks such as student calls, admission and program communications.
Positive and troubleshooting team player.
Fluent in English. Danish is a big plus.
