ROLE: Digital Media Coordinator (Norwegian speaking)

The Digital Media team at SOUNDBOKS is in charge of day- to- day management of paid media activities across channels as well as setting and tracking budgets and targets. We own media buying and help drive growth on digital platforms.
To join our Digital Media team located in Copenhagen, we are on the lookout for a Digital Media Coordinator, who will predominantly be responsible for managing and scaling our Paid Media efforts in Norway. You will act as a market expert and bring your local knowledge and experience that will help impact our market growth. You will also be supporting the team with additional tasks and responsibilities concerning other markets and regions, such as Scandinavia and Growth Markets.
That means your daily life with us is going to look something like this:
Have responsibility over budgeting, executing and optimizing campaigns across multiple Paid channels, e.g. Google, Facebook.
Take ownership of the budgets and targets and make sure that the CAC is always at an efficient level.
Develop, plan and execute market specific online campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
Conduct in- depth analysis on the campaign and creative performance on a regular basis and build reports for the relevant stakeholders.
Have a good understanding of what works for Paid ads and continuously try to improve the performance.
Provide input for new growth opportunities and take a proactive approach in terms of testing and implementing new ideas.
Have a good understanding of the Norwegian Market. Bring your local knowledge and insights which can be harnessed by different departments, such as Retail and Brand and Partnerships.
Be familiar with split testing on ads, bidding, campaign structure and audiences and draw useful insights and conclusions and share with relevant teams.
In order to thrive with these responsibilities successfully we expect you to have:
Fluency in Norwegian is a must.
1-2 years of hands on experience with Paid Marketing, specifically with the following channels: Google and Facebook. Having worked in Paid at a Retail (preferably with the Norwegian market) is a plus.
You have a strong commercial mind-set and strong analytical skills, you are natural when it comes to working with and understanding data.
Have a good eye for creatives that would work in Paid and you are always up to date with recent trends.
You have strong Excel skills.
You have good communication skills and can work cross-functionally.
Experience from (or have passion for) the entertainment and music industry is a plus.
You are proactive and you won’t hold yourself back to take the extra step.
You can work well under pressure.
You have a positive attitude.
Based in Copenhagen or willing to relocate.
