Krizo is looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our Danish team in our HQ in the city center of Copenhagen.
As an Enterprise BDR, you will be responsible for spreading the word about Krizo and help us scale both in Denmark and internationally. You point of contact at clients are the crisis managers, risk manager, security managers, and anyone else that are involved with enhancing the resiliency at large companies.
Ideally, you are a go-getter with a can-do attitude paired with a creative mindset. You will be responsible for approaching leads through outbound activities (emails, calls, social selling, events, etc.). Your main focus is building our future customer pipeline and experimenting with new ways to evoke interest and generate opportunities.

What will be my tasks?
Your job is simply to grow Krizo. What is pretty cool is that you will enjoy a lot of freedom! If you have good experience with email campaigns, do that! If you have an idea for phone acquisition, go for it! The sales team at Krizo will provide you with information on how many people to talk to, but how you do that is entirely your choice.
The skills we are looking for:
Fluent in English and preferably Danish. Additional languages are a plus
Experience in B2B sales and/or business development
More of a “hunter” than a farmer
A positive attitude for the grey days 😏
An entrepreneurial mindset is definitely a plus
Strong people skills i.e. strong listening skills, empathy, and an interest in knowing more about clients
Curiosity to learn more about the field of crisis management, business continuity, and operational resilience
