Object/A has just released SKILLDAR (skill + radar), a marketspace for video creation skills. We connect clients with our community of creators to produce the next lit video. SKILLDAR is Web 3.0: an experience built on entirely new principles of gamification and creative collaboration. We're looking for a talented part-time Designer as we approach initial investment.

THE TASK

We are looking for a maverick backend developer who can work 10 hours a week on the project. The work is primarily remote.  

Ideally, you have an additional time-flexible position, are looking for a new challenge or have higher long-term ambitions, and interested in our mission to change the way we create media content and connect with each other over the internet.  

OUR OFFER

We currently offer a revenue share agreement as payment for this position, with the possibility of being guaranteed a steady passive income over a period of time . Other benefits and potentials will become available as we move through the investment phases.

THE TEAM

 You'll be working in a professional team of 6 people with established processes and evolved practices. You will have the possibility to advance quickly and affect a lot of what we do and how we do it, as well as experience the early-stage, take-no-prisoners, bootstrap mode of working.

REQUIREMENTS

Personal Profile:

• You have a strong interest to develop yourself as a programmer and gain practical knowledge of new tools

• You are a team player who can also work alone

• You possess great attention to detail 

Tech Profile: 

•    Javascript (advanced working knowledge)

•    Node JS (advanced working knowledge)
