We are hiring an operations & logistics manager to lead our depot in Nærum. You will be responsible for receiving, preparing and dispatching goods, to manage drivers and warehouse employees and to manage a local pickup point for nearby clients.

We are reverting the impact of food in nature. We grow vegetables in fields near neighborhoods under regenerative and permaculture principles while partnering with italian permaculture farms during the winter.

We are currently expanding and need some help supervising our warehouse.

As a logistics / operations manager, you will be responsible for all of the operations happening at our depot in Nærum:

• Manage and improve warehouse processes

• Reception, preparation and dispatch of goods

• Hire and manage warehouse workers

• Hire and manage delivery drivers

• Hire and manage delivery fleet

You will work in close cooperation with our CEO and our customer service to make sure that clients are always happy.

We are a small company so we don't need a manager. We need someone that is hands on the actual work, while supervising everything else.

Required:
