Walk With Path (WWP) is an award-winning startup based in Copenhagen with a mission to improve mobility and reduce the risk of falls for the elderly and people with chronic disease. With one medical device on the market in Europe and another in research and development, we are a fast-moving company.

Due to the nature of being in a startup, we are looking for a highly motivated freelancer with broad skills and interests, who is able to juggle several tasks simultaneously.

The project will be to develop an app for Android and iOS connected to our future product: Path Flow. This product is a Bluetooth Low Energy connected insole that provides massage-on-the-go to help ease sore feet and calm the mind. Using the app, users can experience different vibration sessions to relax or energize their feet. In addition, they will be able to experience guided breathing sessions following the vibrations of the insoles.

This work is an initial collaboration to develop a first basic version of the app. A more advanced mock-up of the app will be presented that could become additional work if the first collaboration goes well.

It does not matter if you are working, walking, in the car or at home, Path Flow will be inside your shoes to help you relax or feel energized!

Key responsibilities and required skills:

• Languages: Typescript

• Framework: React Native

• App to be developed for cross-platform for Android and iOS.

• No backend needed in the first version of the app.

• Experience with apps connected to BLE devices and BLE profiles is a plus.
