WE’RE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED DATA ANALYST IN THE FIELD OF DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION TO COLLABORATE WITH US AS A CONSULTANT!

At BusinessWiz, we are helping companies to become more diverse and inclusive by providing them meaningful data insights to create data-informed strategies. We’re looking for an experienced data analyst who would collaborate with us for analyzing the data from our Diversity & Inclusion surveys, audits and delivering a consistent, detailed, data-informed report.

• Are a data analyst with experience in the field of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI);

• Have experience in setting up and designing surveys to support DEI work, undertaking research and analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data;

• Can produce and track key performance indicators, in line with our DEI framework;

• Can provide support on building tools, techniques, and frameworks on DEI studies.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social or behavioral sciences or related field, and/or equivalent level of experience providing technical assistance, data collections, and/or research.

• Strong English language proficiency to write professional reports.

• Knowledge and experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion research efforts and/or topics.

• Expertise using relevant software.

Experience working in the Finnish workforce with a good knowledge of the local work-culture in Finland is considered a plus. Our main working language is English. 

This is a project-based freelancing contract. The salary will be agreed upon based on the time and efforts required for each analysis project.
