We are looking for a motivated & result-oriented person to join the team as a customer experience agent for Japanese customers.
Nordgreen is a watch company which blends Scandinavian minimalism with fine craftsmanship of a leading Danish designer who has previously worked with Bang&Olufsen and other major design brands. Our mission is to make true Danish designer watches accessible to everyone while supporting good causes along the way.
As our customer support agent, you will be working with not only our small customer experience team but also with the entire Japanese marketing team and referring to our General Manager for Japan. Your tasks will consist of answering customer inquiries about our products and services; making sure they receive good delivery of orders and assistance. At the core we are an e-commerce business and it is important for us that you are able to quickly join us at the forefront of the latest trends in digital marketing. We constantly work together across the team to develop our understanding of our core customers and implement your insights from working closely with our customers in everything we do in the team as whole - the role of customer support agent is central to the entire team which you will become an integral part of.
This is a part time contract position, working 30 /37 hours per week. Weekend duty may be required.
The Candidate must be:
Result-driven & detail-oriented
Fully proficient in business English & Japanese
Good technological skills, Excel and/or Google Sheets and be able to use own computer for work
Eligible to work in Denmark more than 6 months from the employment commencement date( Nordgreen does not anticipate providing visa sponsorship for this position)
Major Responsibilities :
Maintaining an excellent level of customer service
Responding to customer inquiries about order information, exchange and returns of orders, questions about our products and services etc.
Solving problems customers experience via all the processes from purchase, logistics to warranty
Analyzing and collecting reviews and feedback about our service and products and sharing accordingly with the rest of the team and the company
Sharing our values to inform customers about our design philosophy as well as CSR and sustainability initiatives
