We’re now looking for a Danish speaking customer success specialist to join our team at our Helsinki office. We've been operating in Denmark for almost a year now, and as the market grows bigger, we need more talent to our Customer Success team to help us grow further. 

In this role your tasks would include customer service via chats and phone and developing our customer service experience further with your effort. This is a unique opportunity to develop our customer experience in Denmark. So, be ready for constant change and improvement!

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Answer customer tickets via phone, chat and other platforms

• Partner with our production team to troubleshoot Denmark-specific cases, escalating issues when necessary

• Interface with our product and engineering team, reporting bugs and ensuring that customers have a clear way to navigate across our website

• Comment on Denmark-specific texts, identifying areas for improvement

WE WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE

• Fluent Danish and excellent English communication skills 

• Customer service mindset

• Previous experience in customer service (seen as a plus!)

• We hope that you enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment, have a self-starter attitude and great team working skills.
