The task
Our customers are some of Denmark's (and soon Sweden's) largest companies, and more and more are being added in the EMEA. That is why we are looking for a colleague for our fantastic Customer Excellence team, who will help analyzing and customizing our customers' current into their desired setup. This also includes the facilitation of workshops, to train our customers in the use of Zendesk based on our best practices.
It is possible to work mostly remote in this position, but we expect our new colleague to be at least 2 days per week at the office.
You
First of all, in the role of a Solution Consultant, you can establish yourself as an expert.
You have strong communication skills and you are able to listen and know how and when you should ask the right questions. Furthermore, you are proactive and have a continuous improvement mindset.
We are working with a wide range of different clients, from different industries. Therefore, it is important to have the ability to understand the client's business and related challenges.
Need to have:

Customer needs and their goals & strategies
Able to identify workflows that can be transferred into a technical setup
Seeing and defining the values of a solution for the customer

Facilitation of customer workshops (remote or in person)
Language: Strong English and Danish skills, on a business level
Nice to have:
Experience with customer support systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce or similar)
Experience with using G suite products (docs, sheets etc.)
Experience from Sales, e.g. scoping process of projects, will be an advantage
Knowledge of other customer service related systems is an advantage (e.g. phone or chatbot systems)
Language skills in German and/or Swedish are a plus
