Fresh.Land is a fast-growing foodtech scale-up. We allow consumers to buy directly from farmers, bypassing up to 5 middlemen. We developed a pioneering and award-winning digital platform that shortens and digitizes the food supply chain. Now we are scaling our "straight from the farm" model to connect millions of farmers and consumers, directly. Fresh.Land received the prestigious Climate Solver Award by WWF (World Wildlife Foundation), as our model cuts carbon emissions and reduces food waste.

Position

We successfully launched Fresh.Land in Sweden earlier this year and are now ready to take Sweden to the next level of growth. We are looking for a Marketing Performance Manager with a strong digital toolbox and a track record in building a market through influenser marketing, SoMe, digital ads, community building and PR. You will be working together with the Swedish launch team from our office in Copenhagen.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth-hacks and strategies to get the word out about Fresh.Land

• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation

• Setup and manage key strategic partnerships and influensers

• Build an engaged community on SoMe

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

• Optimize results within marketing budget for Sweden

What we look for

• Native in Swedish and fluent in English

• BSc or MSc in Management/Business Administration from top university

• Hands-on skills and good understanding of how a business operates 

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong digital marketing toolbox and track record in penetrating a new market
