We are looking for a stellar Danish-speaking Marketing Manager to join our team in Copenhagen, who can drive our green agenda for the food industry. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day marketing tasks and long-term marketing strategy, reporting to senior management. We are looking for a self-motivated, driven individual with a track-record in building strong brands and executing on digital marketing strategies.
Develop strategies, tactics and growth-hacks to develop the Fresh.Land business and brand across channels
Develop high quality advertising and marketing material for print and online
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Manage digital marketing incl. SEO, Google Adwords, Display ads, e-commerce, newsletter, content marketing etc.
Optimize results through a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels
Manage and build the marketing team
Control marketing budget and allocate funds wisely
Manage public affairs and PR strategies to drive our green agenda in the public debate
Implement Marketing processes and procedures for local and global functions
Implement CRM system, customised user journeys and data-driven marketing strategies
5+ relevant work experience, and a proven track record for building businesses and brands
Management and leadership experience
Experience in setting up, split-testing and optimising Google Adwords and facebook campaigns
On top of emerging trends, technologies and latest tools within digital marketing
Top notch Danish and English communication in written and oral
Creative spike and experienced growth hacker
Robust, driven, energetic person that has a strategic mindset
A person who likes to execute and get things done
BSc/MSc degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field
Strong Managerial skills and vision
Experienced in working with CRM and customised user journeys.
