Now we are scaling our "straight from the farm" model to connect millions of farmers and consumers, directly. Position

We are looking for a Country Manager to lead our launch in Germany. The job involves building the market, managing operations and ensure profitability.

The position is fulltime based out of our Copenhagen office.

Responsibilities

• Manage every aspect of our newly expanding operation in Germany

• Develop growth-hacks and strategies to get the word out about Fresh.Land

• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation

• Build followership with influensers and on SoMe

• Setup key strategic partnerships (i.e. logistic partners)

• Optimize results within marketing budget

• Hire new team members

What we look for

• Native in German and fluent in English

• BSc or MSc in Management/Business Administration from top university

• Hands-on skills and good understanding of how a business operates 

• Excellent interpersonal skills
