This is a newly created role in our startup going to a scaleup so we ask for a lot. Operation x Customer success x Customer support. You are obsessed with customer satisfaction and you are thriving delivering the best service to people you engage with. You are able to manage complaints, and you are proactively ensuring that restaurant-partners experience the best service from Tribe Takeaway. As our organisation grows you'll help build up our customer success teams and our support.

Your mission 🎯

Your mission in our tribe will be to deliver a 5-star experience.

You’ll have the responsibility of making sure our restaurant-partners are onboarded successfully with the best experience and the responsibility of to ensure the best customer satisfaction when you provide customer support for users who might have complaints or questions.

1. Deliver on an optimize our restaurant onboarding process

2. Provide outstanding support to restaurant owners and customers

3. Help build up a bigger customer support

Your tasks will first and foremost include

• Set up restaurants in our system; e.g. menu creation

• Ensure restaurants are onboarded successfully: get it, want it, spread it.

• Visit our restaurant-partners to ensure the best onboarding experience and that they get it.

• Provide 1. lvl Customer support on chat/phone.

• Gather feedback for you and our continuous learning.

• Optimize and streamline processes.
