We have build Selma, a digital investment assistant who helps you do the right things with your money. Selma is currently available in Switzerland🇨🇭, we have +3000 clients, and are eager to scale throughout Europe.

Among other things, you will 

• Research what excites and motivates our clients - a new generation of investors 

• Help acquire, educate and excite people for a stiff and dusty topic: investing & finances  😅

• Write “how to start investing”-guides, help manage webinars, or work together with our financial experts to turn their lingo into something that can be understood by normal human beings. 

• Work with the latest marketing tools to engage and keep our users informed and make our copy stellar in email, in-app notifications and SMS. 

• Interact with our online community across our social media channels like Instagram, FB, Reddit and experiment with new channels

Skills we’re after 

• Great ability to put yourself into the shoes of our users, and understand their challenges when it comes to managing their finances 

• Excellent communication skills - Fluent in German & English (Swiss German a big plus) 

• At ease with copywriting

• experience with  managing and executing a content strategy 

• Solid understanding of growth-driven SEO and analytics

• You know your way around in Social Media and love to build and work with our community 

• Curios and self-driven “get stuff done” -attitude

A plus

• Know-how in email marketing and driving engagement

• General understanding of personal finance

• Familiarity with tools like AutopilotHQ and CMS (e.g.  SquareSpace)

• Experience  in collaborating with designers and developers

This is how things will progress:

1. An introductory chat. Let's get to know each other – we want to learn all about you and this will be a great opportunity for you to learn everything you want to know about Selma.

2. A work exercise. Let's try working together – we will pick a real-life work task and try to solve it together. This will allow us to see how well we get along as we work together and you will get a real, unpolished look at the landscape in which you would be working.

3. A final talk. Let's bring our CEO to the table and have the final talk about you starting at Selma!
