PASIÓN Copenhagen is a Danish cosmetics startup. Our products contain unique and sustainable coffee oil, which is extracted environmentally friendly from coffee grounds gathered in hotels and cafes around the beautiful city of Copenhagen. Our products are developed and made in Denmark and each ingredient is carefully selected. We are looking for an experienced SoMe Marketing Manager to join our team and create high-quality and engaging content and drive our business goals.

As our SoMe Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall content and social media strategy based on our specific goals and objectives. Our ideal candidate has a passion for marketing and content, follows trends, and is keen on experimenting with new ideas while learning new skills.

We imagine that you are studying and looking for an interesting student position in a startup. The work will be around 10 hours/week +/-. You'll have great flexibility as the job is 100 % remote.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setting up and managing all of our social media channels and creating a consistent strategy including producing, scheduling, and publishing content in a variety of formats in the right channels at the right time

• Setup CRM system and automated outreach emails to existing and potential customers

• Content creation for email campaigns, email newsletters, and landing pages

• Creation and execution of PR strategy, reaching out to interesting magazines, papers etc.

• Support sales goals and come with suggestions on website improvements (suggestions)

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Track record in content creation through different channels

• Experience in blogging, article writing, press releases or similar

• Fluency and excellent communication and writing skills in Danish and English

• Great expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest)

• Understanding of visual design (infographics, photography)

• Experience in the cosmetics or fashion industry is a plus, but not a requirement

• It's a plus if you have experience working in remote teams
