We’re an international digital marketing and growth agency based in Copenhagen. In this role, you will work with a team of growth-marketers on a variety of projects focused on increasing engagement, conversions, and revenue. We have small and large clients in a variety of industries. We’re looking for a detailed oriented and “eager to learn” marketing intern that is able to pick up new skills quickly and see their work come to life.
ABOUT YOU:
5 years of experience in data driven marketer with extensive and measurable digital marketing projects
2 years Experience in product marketing or growth-hacking within Saas or Start-ups
3-5 years of management of marketing teams, freelancers, and in a variety of skill sets
1-3 years of paid media management within digital marketing channels
Driven + positive attitude and willingness to learn by doing
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
CONTENT DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION
Researching and building “listicles” - compiling lists of resources, events, templates, etc.
SEO research via the latest tools for keyword discovery (high search volume / low difficulty)
Create informative content for increased engagement
Learn the ropes of keyword discovery based on “user intent” and “latent semantic indexing” (LSI)
Outbound Automation
Set up outbound growth hacks from ground up using industry best practices and tools
Analyze and Collect data for growth hacks and long-form content pieces to display in meaningful
Manage implement tools targeting specific niches and groups for engagement
Support amplification efforts and PR strategies
Outreach for Webinars, Events, and Thought Leadership opportunities
Support and run backlink building projects within the specific industries and niches
Assist marketing efforts by managing the process of creating listing, review, and directory pages to boost our online reach and reputation
Build targeted lists of ideal customer profiles for specific campaigns and custom targeting
PAID MEDIA MANAGEMENT
Develop rich ad copy for adwords, linkedin ads, and FB ads.
Deep dive into platform channel practices for targeting, remarketing, and A/B testing campaigns
Daily optimization and monitoring of paid media budget
Create ad strategies and build intent based client campaigns
Create remarketing campaigns across platforms to further optimize ad effectiveness
Support marketing efforts and automation strategies
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Define clear goals and execute alongside team members for in-house and client projects
Articulate clear growth strategies and do the work in order to achieve positive results
Manage budgets, deadlines, and expectations while communicating professionally with the team and clients

Experience with wordpress, or other CMS platforms
Experience with SEO/website analytics (analytics, screaming frog, ahrefs, Keyword research tools, etc)
Familiarity with ad management platforms
Use of outreach or automation tools
Interest in working for a startup
