Swappie is building a marketplace for refurbished smartphones bringing the circular smartphone economy to the masses and enabling everyone to consume electronics more sustainably. We’re looking for a Norwegian speaking Customer Success Specialist to join our team at our Helsinki office.

We expanded to Norway a few months ago, and as the market grows bigger, we now need the second person to join our Norwegian speaking Customer Success team to help us grow further. 

In this role your tasks would include customer service via chats and phone and developing our customer service experience further with your effort. You would be among the first person working on our Norwegian customer service, so you would be in a unique position developing our CS in Norway from the very beginning. So, be ready for constant change and improvement!

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Answer customer tickets via phone, chat and other platforms

• Partner with our production team to troubleshoot Norway-specific cases, escalating issues when necessary

• Interface with our product and engineering team, reporting bugs and ensuring that customers have a clear way to navigate across our website

• Comment on Norway-specific texts, identifying areas for improvement

WE WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE

• Fluent Norwegian and excellent English communication skills 

• Customer service mindset

• Previous experience in customer service (seen as a plus!)
