We are looking for the Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts. We are experiencing strong demand for our software platform across the globe – and we are looking for someone who can lead our marketing efforts to turn this demand into growth. You will be responsible for building our brand, implementing marketing roadmaps and ensuring people are engaged and converted through our platform. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences digital dental care.
Your main responsibilities will be:
To attract, engage, convert and retain users through digital channels.
Build the Marketing organization and drive Marketing’s part of international expansion.
The role
User needs: Understanding and distilling user needs.
Concepts: Develop concepts and messaging to address user needs.
Brand strategy: providing strategic leadership and positioning based on consumer, product and category insights. Implementing the brand.
Campaigns: Ability to turn concepts into tangible campaigns and roadmaps of campaigns.
Conversion: Insights into eCommerce conversion – and what are the things that work when converting leads in a funnel.
An experimental approach to testing different campaigns, content, etc.
Partnering: Manage relationships with external agencies, etc. to deliver on the overall goals.
Getting things done.
Analytics: Understanding of analytics – and the ability to turn data into insights and actions.
Channel strategy: Omni-channel selection and optimization. Identify strategies and tactics to propel our growth and scale our business with a healthy LTV/CAC ratio.
Team leadership: Leading Adent Health’s Marketing team.
Project management: Planning and leading multiple complex projects with internal and external parties.
Energy: High energy level.
Fluency in English is a requirement. Fluency in Danish is a plus.
The key priorities for the role are:
Scale performance with current partners/geographies. Currently, Adent is present in several European and APAC countries.
Drive further international expansion - delivering on the ambitious expansion plans.
Lead the current marketing team - and build the organization and setup that can deliver on the growth acceleration.
